Here’s why the deal stalled:Both WBD and Fox are concerned about Tony’s mismanagement and their falling numbers (ratings, attendance, ppv buys). They want more equity to positions themselves to overtake Tony if he keeps fucking up, Tony is aware of this and is not signing anything, which is not a good thing because as of now, there is zero deal in place for any AEW shows, and has until December 31st to not only sign a deal, but manage and align each show for the upcoming year. This is almost the exact same scenario TNA was in 10 years ago when they were dropped from SpikeTv.
