Dynamite rating is just absolutely abysmal. It was bad enough last week but this must be a historically bad number for Dynamite. In my opinion, it means one of three things must have happened here (ordered from least bad to worst) NXT and Dynamite have significant overlap in viewership and those fans prefer NXT to Dynamite right now and so they actively chose not to watch Dynamite Half of AEW's regular viewership are so casual/upset about/ambivalent towards the product that they couldn't be bothered to change their routine and watch Dynamite on a different night.

Back when Dynamite was good before TNT cancelled it they would often have to move days due to preemptions and a large portion of the audience would follow it wherever it would end up. It was really impressive. Now, not so much. They had to cancel their second show and their third show has no one watching. Nobody is willing to follow Dynamite to a new night anymore because the quality of the program is just that bad.
