Known Shindie scammer Rossy Ogawa takes a photo from an angle where it looks like there's a packed house and promotes it on twitter. Reality paints a different picture. This comes days after drawing low 100s in back to back shows. Shouldn't there be a blacklist for promoters who engage in this behavior?
