Boxing is able to routinely sell like 70,000 to 100,000 seats for events monthly, but Wrestling popularity is as low as ever. What causes this dynamic? Should wrestling go for the King's Road hard hitting / shoot style approach? like this venue here is sold out for Boxing today, WWE and AEW could never sell this out now for a regular event

>but Wrestling popularity is as low as ever.
This is literally not true
>>
There are more stadium shows now per year than there have been before. WWE is literally doing like 7 next year
>>
>Boxing is able to routinely sell like 70,000 to 100,000 seats for events monthly
this isnt true
>>
you pretty much got everything wrong
>>
>>16274586
Vince hit wrestling with a killing blow in the 80s. It's been on an irreversible course towards death ever since.
>>
>>16274615
there are weekly boxing events in casinos all over the country, bro
>>
>>16274591
It's literally never been lower. Why would you deny this obvious fact? Let me guess, "record profits," right?
>>
>>16274586
Legit fighting once a month is a draw and easy to watch even if it's rigged to shit. You can't sell random people on a weekly 7 hour investment of bad actors doing nonsensical capeshit skits or a bunch of weekend ninjas that got good at doing fake moves because they spent 10 years touring punk venues for chump change. People only get into wrestling accidentally or through their parents. Also being so fucking time consuming and hard to get into on your own is why UFC is dying too
>>
>>16274586
Maybe because it's pretend fighting.
>>
>>16274591
It's objectively true, Boxing's biggest matches will have Christiano Ronaldo and other huge celebrities attending them in sold out stadiums. Wrestling legit only has Wrestlemania once a year and even that still isn't comparable to how big it was in the early 2000s with Austin vs Rock
>>
>>16274639
where are these 100k seat casinos?
>>
>>16274709
Its not true at all though. Wrestling has been much lower
>>
Why do smarks deny wrestling being more popular than it was a decade ago?
>>
>>16274586
there is betting on boxing
>>
>>16274709
You point makes no sense because Austin only ever had to draw 2-3 stadium shows in his entire career, and even those were post attitude era.
>>
I'm watching this live now and am I crazy or did this venue look way bigger when Wrestlemania was there a couple years ago?
>>
How can this netflix fight be profitable? One month of Netflix is a fraction of a PPV in price. Do they really think enough retards will stick around for a month or two?
>>

kek no they dont
>>

>90s attitude era star
>youtuber

Way to pick the most wrestling carny match to make your point, geek.

This is just flat out not true
>>
>>16274709
Who's Christiano Ronaldo?
>>
>>16274811
It's not profitable to most involved, which is why these big fight events rarely happen and rely on always finding new sponsors, whereas wrestling runs like 50 times a week and can usually make money, or in the case of WWE, always make money.

My backyard.
>>
>>16274928
I am also sure those perfectly round numbers are completely legit as well.
>>
So is there a full card for this or something? I just wanna watch Tyson/Paul, but I'm bored of watching Paco Del Taco and Thug Nigger 45 soft punch each other.
>>
>>16275187
Can I see it?
>>
>>16275285
Hmmmmm... no.

Beggin ya to use your brain.
