Sugi actually still moves pretty well for his age. That said he's still used this way because NOAH doesn't have many credible guys to go for the GHC and they don't even have Nakajima anymore to rotate in.

It's kind of weird how the production values for NOAH are so much better than New Japan, but NOAH puts way less effort into English commentary and promoting themselves to the western audience.
