Then people hear like oh shit, some other richfag is going to start a second big wrestling company that promises to be different. Well it sure was different, but it was an absolute monkey paw where "different" means it's booked by a 40yo autist. It's actually crazy how much goodwill AEW had that they then proceeded to throw away with their PWG retard shit. And now WWE is actually kinda good again so if you want to watch wrestling, might as well watch that. It's sterile and predictable, but at least it's not like some delirium episode that was thrown together two hours before it airs

The show was never good. It was just something new, it appealed to people with WWEPTSD and Meltzer/various message board mods were able to shut up people easier then. None of that is true anymore. The Punk stuff, Cody becoming a big star, the endless signings, the constant focus on workrate, Tony allowing his stars to take endless vacations and Tony's lack of ability to create stars have been their downfall as of late.
