Absolute Legend. He's not one of the GOATs (Cena, Hogan, Austin, etc.) but he's on the tier below that with guys like Triple H. Booker is probably the best and most popular Black wrestler in the past 20 years (if we don't count The Rock as Black). As a Black fan I really think Black wrestlers usually either suck or are pretty based. Booker is obviously in the based category. He was good in the ring, good on the mic and knew how to get himself and his opponents over.Plus he also trained Roxanne Perez.
He was a good talent. Good look, good personality, athletic and he was fine in the ring. He's good enough on commentary as well and clearly does care about wrestling. I feel like he could probably do something on TV outside of wrestling too if the right gig popped up.

Ricochet is another, was one of the best parts of Raw every now and then but has the charisma of a hot log. Both of them are half white though so come to think of it you're probably right.
