>>16307696Why they didn't put Big Show and Jericho in the Alliance is beyond me. Big Show turns because he came into the WWF and is thrown into the main event only to be sent to OVW for being a fat fuck and is relegated to the Hardcore title when he comes back. Jericho turns because he was never as big of a star as he thought he should be in WCW and now that he's shown he can hang with dudes like Triple H and wrestled pretty much all of the WWF's top guys he's proven he's good enough to lead the Alliance and get the respect and title run he thought he deserved before he left. He doesn't need them now, they need him. Great, now we don't have to shoehorn Austin in there and continue his awful heel run.

They needed to wait in order to get some actual good names. Rey and DDP would've been perfect for the Invasion if they just held off on it.
