Just bc I'm shitting on WWE doesn't mean I like aew.But goddamn is WWE sad. It was always a slightly more corporate backstab kinda place but what is really trash about it is the clear intention to run with the same guys forever bc the other guys suck like Damian priest and Gunther make cm punk and reigns look like Austin and Rock. WCW turned Hogan otherwise wrestling in America would be DEAD. not even a chalk outline of it left. WWE was never going to give CM punk the same push as Rock but they never wanted him to leave. They wanted him to stay, they want everything to be the same forever. They just want absolute stability even if it's insanely mediocre
