Yes this means no more Dan Garcia "will he stay in AEW?" angle. Yes this means no more MJF/Adam Cole/Devilman angle. Yes this means no more Sasha Banks shit. EVERYTHING COMES TO AN END THAT NIGHT.Starting the very next week, AEW renews itself by starting from scratch again, with new iterations on storylines that have worked in the past:>Hangman goes back to being a sad drunk cowboy>Jericho re-debuts the inner circle, all members return>Bryan danielson unretires and starts a feud with kenny omega>shida becomes womens champ again>jay white re-redebuts as switchblade and goes on a serious push>moxley goes back to his original gimmick of showing up kicking ass and leaving and never talks on the mic>all of aew's visuals go back to the black and yellow grunge era...And so on. Re do all the story beats that WORKED, and nothing else.

I said it in another thread, but it's been kind of sad to see how quiet/empty the crowd has gotten for the TV product recently. Like, Dave made the comment about the crowd being quiet during the Jericho match last week and almost everyone said "well people are just tired of Jericho". And it's like, did you watch the rest of the show? The crowds are like that for almost everything on TV now.You really have to deliver to get consistent reactions at this point. And it does bring down the overall feeling of the show when watching it on TV. I do hope the move to smaller buildings in 2025 helps to remedy this.
