Get rid of the all the guaranteed contracts absolute nobodies don’t need six figures a year for 4 matches. And maybe the bucks and hangman will work more than 30 matches a year if their money is dependent on it. Run collision out of a studio or dailies place. Hire more veterans to train talent that’s willing to improve and aspire to have matches that aren’t indie botch fests. Fire the ones that don’t. Do whatever it takes to get Heyman, Gabe or as a last resort Court as the Booker. And eventually change the name to distance itself from its toxic history.
