Weekly Shonen Jump doesn't just rely on strong titles like Dragon Ball and One Piece, but also creates a situation where every manga is interesting. If you rely on overwhelming number one, if the serialization of a flagship work ends, the number of copies sold will decrease, so the method is to give the next generation a chance. A work that breaks through will exert a power that no one can suppress and become a monster content. So I learned something from hearing that they line up a lot of works that are likely to break through and increase the chances of them exploding.

--I am inspired by other industries

Okada: While talking with Bushiroad's executives about future management, I realized once again that the essence of work is the same in other industries. As someone who came into the wrestling world from the world of anime and games, I want to give back to Stardom and the wrestling world.
