Don't listen to the other poster.
I don't watch a whole lot of TJPW, but I can tell you why to watch Stardom - fun wrestlers who are easy on the eyes who often tell heartfelt stories in the ring and every once in a while surprise you with great matches.
We had a thread not too long ago highlighting some matches. There would have been more but it's not always easy to track down free links.
