McMahon gave a baseline of what he wanted, but '80s Monsoon/McMahon wasn't as solid as Mon/Ven because McMahon was so determined to squeeze in every bit of advertisement into the match, Vince did better for the interviews until Mean Gene took over most of the work. McMahon did better in the '90s as a commentator until JR and Lawler would team up.

Taz was decent at times on Smackdown. Macho Man could have been if he'd settle down instead of needing the ring. They really need a few decent on the mic wrestlers to try to learn commentary and transition to get away from Cole and Macafee. Triple H also needs better brand managers playing Corporate and if he's not going to be the evil Corp villain than find someone who will. God I wish Steph wasn't still pissed off.
