who's the modern days equalitive of jeff hardy in WWE?
he used to be my favorite back when i watched.
>>
Logan Paul

Jey Uso kind of. He’s got the entrance and catchphrase that makes everyone pop but his actual wrestling is garbage.
>>
>>16746989
was jeffs wrestling really shit?
i just remember him doing the sickest and most insane dives from high places.
>>
>>16746997
Even taking away the high risk shit Jeff Hardy was still an above average wrestler when it comes to getting the crowd invested in his matches. The high risk shit was just bonus for PPVs most of the time. His punches looked like shit but he rarely did them anyway because he knew how to work as an underdog who was smaller than most of the people he worked with. He also had a somewhat unique style of selling that to this day is still one of the best at generating sympathy.

Sorta yeah. But it's definitely not Jey Uso. If anything Jey Uso feels like today's X-Pac
>>16747217
This is the correct answer
>>
>>16747610
Look I get it, you guys are desperate for viewers. But AEW has sucked for so long that no one who isn't a slow adult is going to bother.
>>
>>16747615
>B-b-b-but AEW sucks
Cry more bitch boy. That's not what the thread is about. It's asking who today is the closest to what Jeff was back then. The answer is Darby. Jeff himself would even agree. There is no one in WWE like him right now. If I had to pick a name then probably Sami
>>
>>16747640
OP specifically mentioned WWE. No need to bring up bingo hall shitters unless you're desperate.
>>
>>16747645
Bitch boy did in fact cry some more

>>16746989
Isnt it Ricochet but without the aura
>>
>>16747640
Darby does more dangerous stuff than Jeff but he lacks Jeff's looks
>>
>>16747064
Jesus this is pathetic, he has to ragdoll himself just to move. If you're in a management position in any wrestling company, how do you justify letting Jeff come in and do this shit any more.

KWAB
>>
>>16746969
there isn't one in WWE, i'm afraid. closest thing is darby allen in AEW.
>>
>>16747657
wow, not at all. ricochet's sterilized, ultra-coordinated flippyshit are the antithesis of jeff's sloppy and genuinely risky retard dives

If he ever makes the jump, Darby Allen, he's got kind of the same aura and is well liked by kids, only Darby goes a further with stupid spots that could kill him, he's also generally over among most people
>>
>>16746969
wwe is too corporate and sanitized to have a jeff hardy equivalent, as a bunch of anons pointed out already darby is the closest in modern wrestling

>>
Darby Allin
>>
>>16746969
Darby. Unfortunately, lil nigga is trapped in the barely watched tranny rodeo and Tony has completely fumbled him over the years so he'll never achieve anywhere near the recognition and importance that Jeff has.
>>
>>16747021
>He also had a somewhat unique style of selling that to this day is still one of the best at generating sympathy.
His ladder match vs Taker is an all timer. He sold everything like death, had the entire crowd believing he was about to win and even losing he still ended up going over in a sense by getting the rub from taker. JR did his part selling the match on commentary and even Taker was in rare form that night. Jeff is was fucking better than people give him credit for when it comes to ring psychology.

>>16746969
La Knight Yeah
>>
>>16746969
probably la knight
>>
>>16747670
It's not about look though. Anyone could try to look like Jeff Hardy. It's that first part. The reckless abandon of your own body to do crazy if not at times retarded shit like Jeff is known for. That's Darby to a tee
>>
>>16746969
Darber, hes going to be in a wheelchair by the time hes 40
