Do you think he regrets not joining WWE?
>>
Why are e-drones obsessed with aew?
>>
>>16759128
No one mentioned AEW, trannoid.
>>
>>16759128
Trashing other companies is the only way they can reassure themselves that their company is really the best. You have to remember that they're used to getting trashed by wrestling-hating normies day-in and day-out so they can only take out their frustration by futilely attempting to punch down on others.
Simple as.

Not really. He thinks he's the next Sting by staying outside WWE. But it's also not a bad move career wise. Being a big fish in a small pond is probably better for him than trying to compete with Cody or Roman for the top spot.
He's going to ride out AEW until it collapses next year, then just fucks off back to Japan and stays a locally famous shitter.

I agree with this.
I don't see WWE letting him do a lot of what he does. That's not to trash either WWE or Kenny. Meanwhile, he'd have to get over more on promos, which isn't really his strong point.
Kenny sees his wrestling as an art form and I think he's right. I think he'd prefer to stay in places where he can express it to its fullest.
Big fish in small-to-midsize ponds, like you said.
>>
>>16759122
we dont want him
>>
>>16759122
no. He's able to be himself in AEW
>>
>>16759128
AEWs entirely exists because of trashing WWE.
>>
>>16759122
Wwe is revolved around being a decent promo. Kenny is trash at that.
>>
>>16759217
Just give him a mouthpiece
>>
>>16759122
probably not. i don't think they can really offer him anything he would want, he declined them on 3 separate occasions. i don't think kenny ever would have left japan if he didn't found AEW.
realistically, would they have made him the main event attraction he deserves to be? vince would not know what the fuck to do with kenny omega, let's be honest. HHH might have, but not at the tippy top level he should be used at - you think they would have let him outshine roman?
he certainly makes more money at AEW than whatever the fed would pay him. the biggest thing though is that WWE would definitely stifle his creativity and i think that's something kenny would place over anything else. plus he'd have to promo way more. kenny lets his ring work do the majority of the storytelling, he's not a great promo.
with sting having gone to WWE, i think kenny is now, and will be at least for a while, the biggest wrestler to never set foot in a WWE ring, nice little cherry on top to his career.
between all this, there's just never been a reason for him to go there.

He had that with Don Callis. Isn't doesn't work with everyone.
>>
>>16759122
In 2019? No
In 2022? Maybe
He strikes me as a guy who would rather wrestle in Japan anyway
>>
>>16759122
he fits right in with NJPW, not a knock on him but he’s too much of a geek to go over in the WWE, which is fine. He clearly loves wrestling in Japan, the fans over there love him and he gets to be his geeky self.
>>
>>16759122
No.
Listen to his interview from 2017. He could've gone to WWE then but he chose to help build New Japan, had the best years of his career over the next two years, helped create a new company which he was handsomely paid for with all of his friends. He's probably happy to be alive after all of his injuries. WWE has never been his goal. So no.
>>
>>16759122
He probably wonders what could have been, but ultimately no. He's probably disappointment with how AEW turned out but being a WWE superstar was never a thing he could realistically be considering the fed's priorities.
>>
His ceiling is higher outside of WWE. Nothing wrong with that since he can actually make money without WWE compared to most wrestlers outside of wwe and aew from North America
>>
>>16759122
I regret that you spend your life as a manchild thinking about this man, instead of thinking about real issues and posting them and using pro wrestling only as a harmless escape.
>>
>>16759122
not a chance
>>
modern fans know who he is so no he doesnt regret
>>
>>16759293
I liked him and Callis.
>>
>>16759320
Yeah. Scott Norton really set the standard. American wrestlers are treated like royalty there.
>>
>>16759122
The problem is that he'd either take the company by storm like AJ Styles did, or he'd be important very briefly and then float around in the midcard, like Nakamura did. Given that Brock and Roman have hogged 90% of the world-title scene this decade, I can understand if he never felt like the iron was hot for a move to WWE. In wrestling, it's better to be the big fish in a smaller pond.
>>
>>16759122
Nah he hates e-drones
>>
>>16759275
>the biggest wrestler to never set foot in a WWE ring
didn't he do some work with them really early on in his career?
>>
>>16761073
Yeah
>>
>>16759122
WWE would have never took care of him had he took a year off for illness like Tony has, hes being paid very well and gets to have the matches he wants. Kenny hates WWEs slop style
>>
>>16759122
>spends the 2010s having gay ass buttsex with japanese twunks in new japan
>spends the 2020s having gay ass buttsex with trans AEW fans
I'm thinking he has had no regrets regarding his career. He's a gay ass buttsex haver and an artiste. The promotions he's been in are places a wrestler can be to express their persona and character fully. They're also promotions that greenlight and allow the act of gay ass buttsex. You got to respect the hustle. Make enough to make ends meet, do what you love and express yourself with your craft, and do what you love in the bed because you love gay ass buttsex.

He regrets leaving New Japan, especially with how Ibushi turned out
