doing your submission on something gives it more power because there's less air up there so the victim can pass out quicker and gravity is weaker so you can stretch things further making them more likely to tap out
>>16773697To me the issue isn't so much whether there's logic in doing the move to hurt the opponent, you can see how pressing them on the ladder would hurt themThe real issue is how the fuck would the opponent ever be properly positioned to execute the move on them in an unscripted scenarioIt looks fake as fuck because the opponent clearly has to co-operate and position themselves in order to complete the move. It reminds me of that stupid turnbuckle corner stomp that Alberto Del Rio used to do, where the opponent has to use the ropes to hold up their upper body in order to take the stomp
