I think the obvious one is the reach and exposure and ability to build a name a brand. Even the biggest names in AEW who hadn't been in WWE before are only known within the scope of wrestling and no matter what they do in AEW they're never going to rise beyond that. Which if wrestling is all you care about then cool. But a lot of people within wrestling smartly look to other ventures beyond it just because no one should be aiming to wrestle forever and of course that life after wrestling hits everyone at some point. WWE offers that exposure on an incomparably grander scale

Well the gamble paid off because she's already very over. Once she gets to the main roster she'll be able to get a much bigger contract on top of making way more money off merch than she would've at AEW meaning in the long run not only does she have her dream job, she'll also be making more money.
