It got the belt off an outsider but didn't elevate somebody they weren't ready to elevate into that IPC level (frustratingly conservative TJPW booking again).And it keeps Suzume busy since she's not winning the POP any time soon because of Arai.I think it's unlikely Suzume immediately drops the belt to any of these girls, but you never know. Maybe I'm wrong and she was just a transitional champ who could be allowed to beat Mirai.
