Grand Zen-Oh, the omni king and ruler of the omniverse has declared there will be a massive tournament to be held in his honor. A grand affair between several universes, each battling it out for the very right to exist. And at the forefront of this grand spectacle will be the Saiyans of Universe 7, who Grand Zen-Oh has grown fond of watching battle. Twenty eight years ago, the Saiyan race were annexed into the PTO as just another race, one of many sent to conquer other worlds. Now, the Saiyans are widely regarded as the strongest warrior race in the entire Seventh Universe, defenders of the PTO led by their strongest, the “Dragon of New Salda” General Karn and his family.

You the players will (most often) control Karn. A man who has grown from his lowly beginnings as a Saiyan Brawler with a sub-3000 powerlevel in Age 733 to become not only the strongest Saiyan of his time at AGE 759, but also personal friend to the former emperor Lord Freeza, father to well over a dozen powerful and unique children, a mentor and teacher to his fellow Saiyans, and the best hope for his universe's continued survival. No one warrior can hope to battle eight other universes' strongest fighters alone and hope to prevail, one man's power and skill won't be enough to overcome the looming threat of extermination. But this coming battle will be the ultimate test of how you've lived your life until now, the choices you made not only for yourself, but for the fate of your entire universe.

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

Karn entered the Room of Spirit and Time on the Lookout, swapping Ginyu places on Amazo's recommendation. His belief that only you or Freeza could attain a level of power needed to face Jiren before the Tournament of Power kicked off. Months have passed inside the time chamber, and as we rejoin Karn, not only have you tapped back into your Supreme Instinct, but Freeza has returned to his form beyond Golden Freeza.

“Are you ready?” he asks with a smirk, clenching his fists once more. “Shall we see whose new power is greater?”

Wordlessly your body takes your long-practiced fighting stance, Freeza smirking as he does the same. Your icy power surging as Freeza's dark might, glowing suspiciously like a Destroyer's own aura does the same. And, as one, you both charge forward, fists colliding in a clash of titanic power. Your opposite powers cause a massive shock wave, knocking you both back from the point of impact. Yet, in that moment of collision, you instantly realize one thing is true: he's far stronger than you.

“Hrmmph!” he exhales as you both fly back, you both landing on your feet and sliding backwards. Only for him to immediately charge back in, closing the distance and swinging with a left. Which you dodge around, sliding counterclockwise around his fist. Bringing your own right up, swinging for his jaw. But he's far faster, raising his right between your fist and his jaw. Catching your fist, showing the difference in your power now as he stops your strike with a smirk. “Heh. Gotcha!”

But as he swings his left elbow at your sternum you flip your entire body counterclockwise while twisting around him, using his hold on your fist as a fulcrum to swing up behind him. Driving your knee into the back of his head, staggering the former emperor forward a half-step.

“Guh-!?” he exclaims, swinging his tail at you. Which you dodge, flipping back. Landing on your hands, then springing back onto your feet further away as he turns. Grin widening. “Well well. Looks like this will be quite interesting indeed. Come, Karn! Show me what your instincts can do!”

Well? What do you do?
>Try and press the attack, fighting someone so much stronger will be good practice
>Focus your awareness inwards, on more familiarizing yourself with your power before it can fade once more
>Let him come to you, see if your instincts can handle someone so much faster and stronger

But as Freeza says this, you don't focus on him. Instead, for a moment you try and turn your focus inwards. Trying to deepen your familiarization with your power. Only for Freeza to immediately surge forward once more. And you immediately focus back on the fight, on how your body moves on its own as he closes in. Sliding around his foot with ease, then flipping laterally over his tail as he swings it at your head. Only for Freeza to flip around and swing a left fist at your chest as you land. The moment he does you're already moving, deflecting his upside-down left with your own left forearm, closing in with a flying knee to his chest. Which he catches with his right hand, kicking down at your head with his own right knee.

“SHYAAAA!” he roars as he kicks, forcing your body to lean back, bringing your own left up. Knees striking true against one another, the collision again forces you both back from one another. Yet, the moment your feet touch the white ground of the time chamber you both charge forward again. Bodies clashing against one another, but as you let your instincts control your movements, your mind is focused elsewhere. Not on the fight itself, but on keeping your mind focused. Not letting the mindset, the feelings of this power fade even slightly. Stoking the white-hot, chilling fire of Supreme Instinct's icy rage. “What's this? Does maintaining this power requires so much of your attention you can't even speak to me?”

“Tch.” you exhale through clenched teeth, body dodging two of his jabs and retaliating with a turning left hook that he deflects with his right forearm before pulling his right knee up, firing a right side kick at your chest. Your body flips back under his leg, and as you twist you see it. “There!”

And with a thought your body moves, twisting and firing a turning kick into the side of his exposed knee.

“GAAAH!?” he shouts in pain as your kick knocks his leg out from under him, dropping him to the ground. And immediately your body's on the attack, twisting and following up the right as you plant both hands with a left donkey kick to the chin. Knocking him into the air as you flip back to your feet. Turning, launching yourself into the air Freeza snarls, leveling his right at you and firing a massive, wide-angled wave towards you. So, raising your right to your forehead you focus on his ki, and teleport behind him with Instant Transmission. “SHYAAAAAAAA!!”

But before he can react to you teleporting behind him, you swing your right arm back, your elbow slamming square into the back of his head. Stunning him as you then reverse, twisting into a counterclockwise turning roundhouse kick to the right side of his head. Sending him flying, spinning uncontrollably as he falls to the ground. But right as he's about to crash he lands on all fours, looking up with a snarl.

“Tch! SHYAAAAAAAA!!” he roars, aura blazing higher and higher as his power soars. “Shows what I get for holding back! I”ll crush you with my full power!”

And as his aura blazes higher and higher you drop out of the air, landing before him. Only for Freeza to punch from dozens of yards back. Swinging so hard the shock wave cuts through the air towards you, forcing your body to dodge by dashing aside. He doesn't stop, firing punch after punch, then when he sees this won't work draws his right hand back over his right shoulder, firing a massive Death Slash towards you. Again this doesn't work, as you casually leap over the edge of slashing ki. Only for Freeza to blur towards you once more, closing the gap near-instantaneously and resuming the attack.

“SHYYAAAAAAAA!!” he roars, giving it everything he's got as he attacks you. Yet, as he does all you can focus on is your mindset. Feeding the emotions powering this form, keeping that icy rage burning and not allowing yourself to feel anything else. Not pride in your friend's strength, not awe in the levels of power you've pushed one another to. But only on that frigid, seething yet utterly calm rage that fuels this power. All of that comes later, but as you fight, suddenly you feel it. Freeza's power, once overwhelming, suddenly starts to take a nosedive. His unstoppable power starts dropping rapidly, only able to maintain his power for the twenty, maybe thirty seconds you've been fighting before his body reaches its limits. And with a final collision of right fists, the shock wave blasting you both back a few dozen yards from one another, you see the shape he's in. Chest heaving heavily as the blackness burns away, body reverting back to Golden Freeza before reverting to his base as well, dropping to a knee. “D-Dammit! T-that's as-! Far. As I. Can go.”

Leaving you still standing, but with one question?

What now?
>Keep focusing on maintaining this level, see how long you can keep it going before you lose it. You need to know your upper limit, how long your body can take it before giving out like Freeza did
>Power back down for now, see what kind of shape half a minute leaves you in. You need to know what you're in for when losing this form, and if this is a last resort technique
>Experiment with this power a bit, see what you can do without an opponent and how well you can maintain the mindset without an opponent to focus on

>>Experiment with this power a bit, see what you can do without an opponent and how well you can maintain the mindset without an opponent to focus on
One thing I've noticed is that Karn isn't throwing out any energy attacks while utilizing Supreme Instinct. Granted, even Ultra Instinct seemed to mostly focus on acrobatics and hand-to-hand, but Goku was still throwing out the Kamehameha when it suited him.
Maybe we just haven't been put into a position for that sort of thing to feel right? It's hard to tell, but that's kinda why I want to keep experimenting.
Sidenote; I wonder if we can even multiform with Supreme Instinct active or if that would just be too much of a conscious labor to do while maintaining the correct mindset.

For a second you consider trying to maintain the power as long as possible, to see how long you can keep it going. But, as you have the thought the power flickers, forcing you to again focus on the mindset. So, instead you turn from Freeza, staring out into the void. Wondering what you can do to focus on this power without a foe before you to focus on? Again the power flickers, and instead you start trying different attacks. Thinking of throwing a beam forward, out into the void, and your body obeys.

HAAAAAAAAA!!” your mouth roars as your left hand snaps forward, firing an icy blue-green beam of energy from your palm. You watch as you ki arcs from you, streaming far, far out further into the void. But, with each passing second of holding the beam, you feel your instincts begin to waver, the power flickering again, so you end it. And instead try another technique, this time focusing your ki into your right. You'd consider your Piercing Fist, the spiraling energy strike able to pierce most other attacks, but as you have the thought your body moves. Drawing your right fist back, ki gathering into and around your fist. However, as you do, trying to focus on spiraling the ki into a piercing point, you feel your concentration on your power waver. “Tch.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1daGIebkZRc

Abandoning the thought of the Piercing Fist, you redouble your efforts on maintaining your Supreme Instinct mindset. Taking a deep breath and sighing out, you close your eyes. Only for your power to continue wavering, nearly fading completely. Digging deep, you manage to dig back into that power. Feeling your Supreme Instinct flood your body once more, power surging back to the full might of Supreme Instinct.

“I wonder if I can...?” you think to yourself, but as you consider trying to use your Final Flash, your body moves. Throwing its arms wide, your power surging as your energy gathers into your hands. Your might surges, golden energy coalescing in your hands as your power rises by the second.
“What the-?!” Freeza shouts in shock as your power surges higher and higher, arms moving before you as your power in your hands combine. Lightning crackling from your rising power, the bolts arcing through the void as your power reaches its peak.
FINAL FLAAAAAAAAASH!!” you roar, your energy exploding out into the void. However, as you do, as you unleash that maelstrom of power, you feel it. Your power hits... Something. And everything starts to shift. The void of the time chamber begins to CRACK, your sheer power unleashed distorting the very reality itself.

“KARN! STOP, NOW! BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!” Freeza shouts, and you immediately end the attack. Your beam's golden glow fading as your own newfound might does as well, reverting back to your Berserker God form. Only to feel your power plummet, dropping lower than it has in years as your body collapses. “Karn?! KARN!!”

But you're unconscious before ever hitting the ground. Everything going black, you finding yourself once more in that endless black void. A far cry from the ever-present whiteness of the time chamber's void, the shift startling. However, as you drift aimlessly in that infinite darkness, suddenly-

Well? Choose your destiny.

This may be the wrong move but I think, again I think, I know where GD is going with this.

Going back to my previous posts last thread about the origins of the Berserker Soul, Something Else was behind it I think, something whose rage was able to outlast Hakai's and where even a portion of it 'remember the Beserker Soul is split between at absolute Minimum U6 and U7 in every timeline we know of' was able to give the Karns who used it power to fight Prime Mechikabura himself. Something Other. And that might, MIGHT, be what's been watching us in the void between realities.

>No one appears, but you feel something watching you regardless
Who the fuck are you?
>>
>>6298837
I'm pretty sure the Berserker Soul of Universe 6 is a wholly distinct entity from ours in Universe 7, even if they might share similar or related origins.
I'm also fairly certain that being able to tank that Hakai was more a matter of smothering it with enough energy to overwhelm the reaction, and not necessarily the nature of the energy from the Berserker Soul itself.
I'm personally of the opinion that we're being observed by THEM either because we're able to be perceived by them after transcending our limitations as a mortal being OR because we're a constantly reoccurring figure within this otherwise empty void. Either way, we clearly stand out against the background somehow, either as a curiosity or an aberration.

-you feel that you're not alone. Your instincts scream that someone, some THING's watching you. Immediately you try and tap into the Berserker Soul, drawing upon that familiar wellspring of strength. However, as you do, your emerald aura blazes up wildly around you, the entire void shifts. Your power dyeing the darkness emerald with your power.

“Show yourself!” you shout, focusing your ki sense but feeling nothing. Focusing your sight and hearing, noticing nothing in this void. The shadows shift and blur, your eyes struggling to see anything within the void. But you don't sense anything. But you know you're being watched, something's looking at you. “Tch! What, too afraid to confront me yourself face-to-face?”

Your voice echoes out in the void, growing fainter and fainter until you can no longer hear it echo anymore. But nothing replies, no answer comes from the void to answer your challenge. And you feel your frustration growing.

“Grrrrr! Alright, be that way.” you reply, sighing out and taking your meditative pose. Crossing your legs and letting your hands rest on the backs of your knees. Closing your eyes, you take a deep breath, digging deep. Letting the full power of your Berserker Soul's rage engulf you, enveloping your being. Letting the fury envelop you, allowing you to dig even deeper. But as you dig deep, your instincts warn you of imminent danger. Immediately your eyes snap open, looking up as you subconsciously take your fighting stance. And suddenly the entire void itself opens up. What was infinite darkness is suddenly an impossibly massive EYE! It looks... Wrong, not like an eye of anything you've ever seen. And it doesn't even open correctly, like it opens from inside out instead of up-or-down, or side-to-side. And as it does, suddenly your mind is overwhelmed. A presence unlike anything you've ever felt before presses down on you. Crushing you beneath this otherworldly THING's gaze. “GRRRRRYAAAAAAA!!”

Drawing upon your full strength, you let your aura blaze defiantly, drawing upon the full might of the Berserker God power. Standing defiantly under a pressure unlike anything you've ever felt before. Not even Mechikabura's might, or Dumplin's power when you confronted him felt this overwhelming, yet you remain unbowed. But, as you refuse to submit, body pushed to the brink, a single, unfamiliar thought echoes in your mind.

Only to see the void is cracked and shattered in one spot, as if reality itself was fractured by your power. And in that fracture you see nothing but endless darkness. A familiar darkness.

“Dammit.” you say, feeling your Berserker Soul and realizing you'd transformed back while unconscious, standing to your feet in your Berserker God form. Only for Freeza, golden aura blazing to fly back up to you , screeching to a stop with the familiar, bottomless healing potion. Which you readily accept, taking a deep drink of. However, the opening also starts to shrink, as if the time chamber void itself is 'healing' over the break. “So. What do you think we should DO about... THIS?”

Well? What do you do?
>Ignore it, the opening's closing on its own and the being you sensed beyond couldn't possibly fit through such a tiny opening
>Tell Freeza to ignore it, whatever it is can't possibly fit through an opening that small
>Take the Bottomless Divine Blessing and pour it around the edges of the break. See if the divine magic of this healing can also heal the fracture
>Grab Freeza and flee, return to the entrance, open the door and call for help. You may lose days, maybe even weeks of training time, but you have a feeling something like this can't be ignored
>Call out to Mechikabura, see if he knows what this is and how to fix it
>Try and telepathically reach out to Dumplin, if it's broken he should be able to fix it
>Grab Freeza and INstant Transmission IMMEDIATELY to Meloka's ki through your linked wedding rings. Don't give whatever that was a chance to figure out which way the door to the time chamber even is, but you're not messing around with whatever's in there

Elemental Darkness has mass to it, meaning it's a part of Creation, delineating it from The Void.
I don't think Aku has anything to do with whatever the fuck that thing is or the gaping hole it currently inhabits.

It's referred to as "[...]endless darkness. A familiar darkness.", but not Darkness. I might be being pedantic, but I think that the distinction between "darkness" and "Darkness" is intentional and explicit.
Anyways, I'd argue it's familiar because we've been dragged into it multiple times before. If the old reality we're bound to and keep slipping into (as Mechikabura explained before) was erased, that would make it part of the The Void, right?

“Whatever it is, we're going to need backup.” you say, then cupping your mouth with your hands shout to the endless white sky. “MECHIKABURA! WE NEED YOUR HELP!”
“K-Karn-!” Freeza suddenly says hesitantly, you looking down and back to the void. Where... SOMETHING begins to emerge. You can't tell what it is, your mind can't make sense of what you're seeing. But a thing, maybe things are coming THROUGH the void. Glancing to Freeza, you see his entire body trembling, only for his eyes to roll up into the back of his head, dropping.
“FREEZA!?” you shout in alarm, going to grab him. Only for some THING to rush out of the void, you sensing its intent quite clear. It's trying to grab Freeza! So, without hesitation you grab him instead, dashing back away from the fracture in reality. Dashing back, only for a massive weight to slam on your head. No, not on. INSIDE your head, as if something reached out and grasped your brain inside your skull and started squeezing. “Gyuh-?! GYAAAAAAAH!!”

The pressure grows by the second, dropping you down to a knee. Freeza, unconscious, thankfully doesn't seem affected, so you lay the bottle on his chest and force yourself back to your feet, getting between the fracture and your friend.

“GRRRRRAAAAAAAAA!!” you roar, a fierce war cry as your mind feels like it's being crushed, aura blazing as you fight through the pain. As you do, however, suddenly that pressure just... Stops. Causing you to gasp in pain, falling forward and dropping down to a knee. Looking up, only to see a tiny, cloaked figure standing between you and that void. But that's impossible, it can't be-! “C-Chronoa?!”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8QAj0wxSW4

The figure doesn't speak, but it's unmistakably her. You watch with a mix of shock and awe as she begins closing that rift in reality. Chanting what you assume are words in a tongue that makes your brain hurt, symbols appearing at impossible angles and things you feel yourself just on the cusp of understanding as her power clashes against this void. Only for the void to somehow shout out directly in your mind, its entire being filled with a deep-seated hatred and loathing as it bellows:

Y̶͎̜͉͍̩͚͎̬͚͉͒̈́́́͆̊̾̚͝ͅȮ̴̢͉͈̫͔̻͔͓͈̞̖̈́̂̔̊͜͝ͅͅU̴̢͔̟͎͇̦̻̰̘̣̼̾̕͜!̷̢̧̛̭̘͈̜̤̗͔͇̪̥̜̺͇͐̉́͊̓̂̾͂̀̌̕͝͝!̸̨͇̖̞̟̙̱̘̾̾͗̉̾͐͌̌̌̈͒͘̚͜͝͝!̵̡̝̮͍̪̭̻̱̰̳̟̹̹̬̋̽̽́̿̀͑͐̂̾́̑̓̌ͅ

“This is not your reality to consume!” she shouts back, her divine, rainbow-like aura blazing as she fights. You feel her strength plummeting as she struggles against it, shrinking that void further and further. Repairing the damage your attack had caused, until with a gasp, she closes it. And as if the force opposing her suddenly vanished she drops, falling down onto her hands and knees before you. Gasping in exhaustion, you hearing and seeing sweat dripping from her face onto the ground of this white void as she struggles to catch her breath. And, before she can rise, appearing out of thin air just behind where the tear in everything was, appears Mechikabura.

“Chronoa! What in all of the realms was THAT?!” Mechikabura exclaims, you hearing something you've never heard in his voice before: fear. “What did you do?”
“That's. What I've been. Trying. To stop.” she gasps out, still not looking up as she struggles to breathe. That... THING. Is what. I've been fighting.”
“Wait, that?” you ask, your own eyes widening in shock. “THAT thing is the reason you wiped out realities?”

“Yes. That. Being. Is. The End.” she says, slowly pushing herself back up to her feet, swaying a moment before catching her balance. Squaring her shoulders, not looking at you but staring at Mechikabura. “The end of everything. An endless hunger that devours everything in its way.”
“But why does its presence feel so... Familiar?” Mechikabura asks, a hint of apprehension to his tone. “I have never encountered this before.”
“Because, once, it was known as the Dark Hunger.” she answers, you seeing the Demon God's brows furrow.

“Wait, you mean Hadar? That old dying star?” Mechikabura asks, you wondering what in the world they're talking about. But you try and focus on what they're saying, speaking of places like Realmspace and a Far Realm, and beings with made-up names like “That Which Lurks”, “The Chained God Tharizdun”, “Devourer in the Depths Zargon, the Invincible Tyrant”, and other nonsense. But as the two deities speak, you hear the worry creeping into Mechikabura's tone.

What do you do?

“Chronoa, can you help Freeza? He peered into that void, at that... Thing, and lost consciousness.” you say, clearly worried as Chronoa turns to you.
“Of course.” she replies, walking over and kneeling on either side of Freeza's head above him, placing her hands on his temples and closing her eyes. You see her left eye twitch, left hand's fingers twitch, but then she sighs out. Lowering her hands, then pushing herself up to her feet. “I have eaten those dreams, he won't remember what he saw beyond the veil of reality.”
“Thank you.” you say, Chronoa turning to face you. Her expression is unreadable, as if she's trying to cry, rage, accept your thanks or stab you. Perhaps all at once, only to again sigh out.

“You're welcome, Karn.” she says, a hint of warmth to her tired tone. But then her expression hardens, flying up and poking your chest with a finger. “But from now on, be CAREFUL! If you fire another attack AT the reality you're in like that again, your power can tear it open again!”
“I understand.” you reply, nodding once seriously. “But, why me? Why was it my power?”
“Because your power isn't entirely your own.” she says, your eyes widening in surprise. “I figured out how you became Fateless. It wasn't by your own doing, something you did, but by His.”

She gestures to your right arm, where Divine Dragon Force slumbers.

“Carrying a sliver of the soul of the Karn it was bound to along with it from the previous reality, when Divine Dragon Force left that previous reality and chose you, that merging of it with you is what changed your fate.” she continues. “With that soul piggybacking on your own, becoming a part of your subconscious, its influence is what changed your very being. Bringing along the Berserker Soul from that previous reality as I destroyed it, but also inevitably tying this reality to the one I erased.”
“Hold on. You're saying that if Karn were to be destroyed, truly erased, then this being wouldn't be able to perceive this reality anymore?” Mechikabura asks, you suddenly not liking his tone. “This being is here because of him?”

“No. Even if this were to be true, that won't just STOP that monster. It will continue consuming everything regardless.” she says, shaking her head. “Long, long, LONG ago, I tried to barter with that being. To offer it an entire reality to devour, while I remade another. Once it was done with the first, it came after the next as well. And the next, and the next. That monster won't stop until it has consumed EVERYTHING.”
“But why destroy the other realities? Why erase them?” you ask, to which Chronoa turns back from Mechikabura to you, expression pained.

“I've tried. Gods, I've tried to stop that monster. Over and over and over, but nothing works. No matter how I change reality, what ways I'd reshape everything, no power was ever strong enough to face that being. And for every reality it devoured, it would grow stronger. So, I started denying it realities. Erasing them completely with Hakai, leaving nothing behind for it to eat whenever it reached that existence. I've been trying to starve it out for the last five realities, hundreds of millions of years each time. But it still hasn't stopped. And now that it's seen you, it knows which direction in the vast void of nothing to go to find us.”

“Now? I've felt that thing's presence before.” you say, both deities freezing at this. “What?”
“And you didn't think to TELL US?!” Mechikabura shouts, taking a step forward, eyes wide. “You saw an eldritch being from beyond all reality and didn't think to tell me?!”
“I didn't know what it was. But when I was between reality and not, through your portal, I felt it staring at me.” you reply. “I had no idea what it was, didn't SEE it. But I could feel something staring at me back then.”

Silence hangs over you all for several moments, no one saying a thing.

“Well, now what?” Chronoa asks, turning from you to Mechikabura. “I used up my power to stop that monster from coming through, but I don't have enough to escape. What will you do?”

Do you interfere? Or leave this up to Mechikabura?

“Chronoa. Mechikabura.” you say, both higher beings turning to face you. “Maybe, if everyone stops fighting each other, we can find a way to stop that... Thing. Together.”
“Together, huh?” Mechikabura asks, stroking his chin with a hand.
“You foolish children. You don't understand. How many times I've tried...” she says, shaking her head, holding her arms to her sides as she looks off in the distance. “Nothing I've tried has worked. I've used powers and skills, techniques and abilities from countless realities. Nothing has stopped it.”

“And I'm sure no one has managed to dethrone you either.” Mechikabura says, Chronoa turning to him. “Yet we have. You've erased countless realities, yet we have stopped you. Perhaps... Perhaps our reality shall be the one that can finally resist this monster? After all, we have Karn now. One far stronger, more experienced, and more powerful than the one from the previous reality.”
“Well, you are stronger. And with Divine Dragon Force being...” she mutters to herself, not looking at him.
“I propose we have a truce. At least until that monster is bested, and everyone can return to their own realms to regroup and recover.” you say, standing between Mechikabura and Chronoa. Glancing back and forth between them as you talk. “But as long as that... Thing, poses a threat to our reality, we shouldn't waste energy battling one another.”

“I agree.” Mechikabura replies, turning his focus from you back to her. “Although I regret the time wasted not confronting this being beyond reality, let us not waste any more. Let us gather our minds, and you can share what you know of it. Then, we can get started on a solution.”
“You... You really still plan to fight that thing?” she replies, blinking in shock, looking between you both like someone who's seen a ghost. “Well, I suppose things HAVE gone wildly different in this iteration, far more so than most. Very well. For now, I'll agree to this truce. To share my knowledge and what hasn't worked on the monster beyond existence. I shall depart to gather my allies, then we shall rendezvous at Conton City.”
“Agreed.” he replies, Mechikabura then turning to you. “As for you, Karn, nothing's changed. Continue to focus on your current mission. Something tells me that, before this is done, we'll need your power to confront that being. So stay the course, and grow stronger still.”

And without another word, he vanishes. Not through one of his portals, but one moment he's there, the next he's just... Gone. You then turn to Chronoa, who is again looking up at you. Clearly holding something back, uncertain if she should say it or not.

“You can just say it, whatever's on your mind.” you say, Chronoa blinking in surprise before sighing.
“You remind me so much of HIM.” she says, you wondering who it could be she means. “Your voice, your mannerisms, every move you make is the same. Hard to believe you're not the same person. But he's right, you know. Your power will be the key. Even I can't open a portal between reality and not. I don't know anyone else who can. Much less to then gaze upon the abyss of the void, and not have it warp your mind whatsoever. Even Freeza succumbed to it in seconds, yet you remained stalwart. Be well, Karn.”

And then she, much like Mechikabura, simply vanishes. Leaving no trace either was ever here, along with that void. You turn, looking back to where it was for a moment longer before turning to Freeza's unconscious body, picking him up. Carrying your friend back to the living area, setting him in his bed and laying down in your own bed. Closing your eyes, remembering back to the monstrous entity you'd felt beyond reality. Falling asleep as you contemplate just how little you understood of your circumstances just an hour ago.

But the next day it's back to training as usual, neither you nor Freeza speaking of it. However, neither of you use any seriously powerful blast attacks for the remainder of your training. Day after day, week after week you and Freeza push one another to new heights. Two months after that fateful encounter, you could finally, consistently tap into your Supreme Instinct power. And doing so without taking several minutes of meditation first, able to activate it with only a half a minute's focus. But, even more importantly, you push Freeza as well. The time he can use the power beyond Golden, which he's taken to calling Black Freeza, doubles. From half a minute to a minute, then to two minutes maximum. And your own power can match this, and surpass it as well. Your own strength lasting even longer than his own, your ability to stay in this form pushing him further and further every time you spar.

And in the final months, the two of you continue pushing yourselves. Not slacking off in your individual and group training, pushing one another higher and higher. Then, with nearly a year inside the chamber, Freeza's time inside reaches its limits. You still have another two weeks inside, but rather than stay inside it alone, you and Freeza ready to exit the chamber together.

“You look quite a sight.” Freeza chuckles, looking at the ragged remains of your pants. Boots and arm guards long ago destroyed, your pants as well barely holding together. Leaving you wondering for a moment why your clothes weren't in the same shape when you and Chaya left last time, only to remember she had that Clothes Beam technique. And would use it to fix your clothes. “So, you want to go first? Or should I?”

“Go ahead, you go first. If you stand behind me, they won't see you down there.” you reply with a smirk.
“Ooooh hoo hoo hoo hoo hoooh!” Freeza laughs, the back of his hand to his mouth. “Very well. I shall lead the way.”

And without further hesitation he reaches out, taking the door handle in his hand. You take the Divine Blessing in hand, ready to pass it off to whoever is going to follow you both in. And, in a flash of light, Freeza opens the door. Stepping out of the Room of Spirit and Time, back into your universe. The two of you leave that space you'd trained in, pushing your bodies beyond their limits behind as you step forward towards the uncertain future.

>Only for some THING to rush out of the void, you sensing its intent quite clear. It's trying to grab Freeza! So, without hesitation you grab him instead, dashing back away from the fracture in reality.
Good for him. If it would catch him it would probably warp his mind with madness to make him it’s servant. Turning ally into foe.
>>6299023
>You crit rolled the save against the madness of the void, which could have positive consequences down the line.
So that 100 dice roll saved Karn from the massive threat. That is awesome that such great dice roll arrived at moment like this. This is very important, that Karn could resist madness of such magnitude. Karn stared back into the void and it did not break him. Impressive.
>Freeza, however... Well, he clearly couldn't take it and lost consciousness.
Good thing that Chronoa took what he saw away. It could probably haunt him if he had a memory of it.
>>6299060
>“Of course.” she replies, walking over and kneeling on either side of Freeza's head above him, placing her hands on his temples and closing her eyes. You see her left eye twitch, left hand's fingers twitch, but then she sighs out. Lowering her hands, then pushing herself up to her feet. “I have eaten those dreams, he won't remember what he saw beyond the veil of reality.”
If I understand this because of what she did, she has memory of what Freeza saw there. That is probably an awful experience. It’s impressive she can remain sane.
>“But from now on, be CAREFUL! If you fire another attack AT the reality you're in like that again, your power can tear it open again!”
Karn did not even know he was making attack at reality. That was like an accident.
>>6298832
>Well? Choose your destiny.
>Fu appears
I wonder if things would be much simpler if this option was chosen. Maybe Karn could live a little longer oblivious to the threat of Dark Hunger.
>>6299130
>And that's it for tonight, ready to see the shape the universe is in upon your return?
Yes. Who attacked Dreadzone?
> Curious what's happened while you were away, and who will be going in after you and Freeza?
I wonder if we have a truce now and Chronoa is the boss of Zamasu. Will Zamasu Legion listen to her if she tells them to stop attacking Karn for now?
>Ready to spend the last 15 hours before the Tournament of Power?
Sure.
>>
>>6299060
>“Carrying a sliver of the soul of the Karn it was bound to along with it from the previous reality, when Divine Dragon Force left that previous reality and chose you, that merging of it with you is what changed your fate.” she continues. “With that soul piggybacking on your own, becoming a part of your subconscious, its influence is what changed your very being. Bringing along the Berserker Soul from that previous reality as I destroyed it, but also inevitably tying this reality to the one I erased.”
So does this mean that Karn’s Berserker Soul is indeed a different one from the Berserker Soul that Hulk from Universe 6 has? Like Anon said here:
>>6298839
>I'm pretty sure the Berserker Soul of Universe 6 is a wholly distinct entity from ours in Universe 7, even if they might share similar or related origins.
Karn’s Berserker Soul is from previous reality, while Hulk’s is from the current one. Also didn’t Karn “share” Berserker Soul with others during attack at Conton City. Does Haathe has a piece of it too and Okira as well? Does that means that entity can try to chase after them too?
>>6299061
>No matter how I change reality, what ways I'd reshape everything, no power was ever strong enough to face that being.
I guess that means that Zeno cannot erase it.
>>
>>6299149
Well, you know who U11's is. As the 3rds is canon to DBS, although he may be closer to Kamen Rider.
>>6299150
Could have gone far, FAR worse. If it incapacitated you both, then it could have tried to snatch you both.
Yes. That crit was a wonderful surprise, actually shifted future events slightly.
It is like being bitten by a brown recluse. Except she undid the bite, so that 'poison' is no longer inside him.
>It’s impressive she can remain sane.
>remain
HA!
>Karn did not even know he was making attack at reality. That was like an accident
Well, it was stated that, without a target, Karn turned his focus on the white void of the time chamber itself and attacked 'it' when Freeza couldn't fight. But now you know that's a TERRIBLE idea moving forward, as you can actually attack it.
Who knows?
>Dreadzone
We'll see soon enough.
That's a really good question.
>>6299151
I know what you did.
>>6299152
Karn's Berserker Soul is originally from the other reality. It merged with the soul of this reality's Universe 7. Other universes have their own powers, but the Sixth mirrors the Seventh.
Shared its power, only one being who it was shared with there still has that sliver. And that's Punished Meloka, who now lives with Punished Karn in Conton City. And who Future Chaya spends her time with when not in this timeline.

I read Zargon’s description from Dungeons & Dragons. He has grown a lot larger than he was then. Back then I guess you could try to trap him, but now he is too big and too strong. An enemy capable of bringing a bad end to Karn’s story.

>Zargon
You WISH it was only Zargon. No, this entity DEVOURED Zargon. A bit OOC here, as Karn didn't fully understand what they were saying, but the beyond entity that was once Hadar consumed the others elder evils, the beings of higher and lower planes all. Its hunger growing endlessly as it consumes to continue its existence.
>>
>>6299320
Zalgo, Zargon, Hadar, what exactly is this enormous space-time tumor and why didn't Chronoa ask for help? This seems like something beyond her job description.
>>
>>6299322
THIS is the entity she's been resetting reality about. When it draws close, she control-alt-deletes the prime Time Scroll with Hakai, erasing everything. Then in the infinite nothing she escapes that being and restarts reality for a few hundred million years before doing it all over again. And may or may not have gone crazy from knowing of this entity for hundreds of trillions, if not quadrillions of years. As for how it reached this point, that's a good question. But if I were a betting man, I'd say some god was derelict in their duties until the problem grew beyond control and consumed everything.

As the door to the time chamber is opened, you immediately expand your ki sense. First, you sense your wife, Meloka, then Cooler. But they're not alone, Mr. Popo's unsettling energy accompanies the combined Ginyu Force's ki as well as the Kai-in-training Kars. Stepping out onto the Lookout proper, you see everyone you'd sensed, as well as the androids of Krillin, Tien, and Yamcha.

“Hmph. Finally finished wasting time in there, Brother?” Cooler asks, smug as ever. But Freeza returns his smugness with a smirk of his own.
“There's no longer a need for you to enter. Between Karn and myself, we can defeat the other universes entirely by ourselves.” the former emperor replies to his brother as the two walk towards each other. Cooler no doubt sizing up his brother.
“Captain! We're going.” Cooler says, not saying another word to Freeza. But stopping by you, his eyes meeting your own. Clearly seeing something different in your expression. But neither of you say anything, the current emperor stepping past you both and heading towards the door.

“Yes sir!” Ginyu shouts, dashing after him, but stopping by you and Freeza. “Most impressive, you two. See you on the other side.”
“And you as well, Ginyu Force.” Freeza replies.
“Good luck.” you tell them, the combined Ginyu Force following Cooler inside. You can feel it when they enter, the door closing and cutting their ki off from your senses. But as you turn back to everyone gathered, you see Mr. Popo staring at you rather... Intently. And before you can say anything, he reaches out to you telepathically as your wife comes to you.

“So. You've seen it.” he says, and his knowledge of what lies beyond doesn't surprise you. He's not from this reality either, after all. “The Devourer.”
“Yeah. Not impressed.” you reply back with a thought, showing him what your final fight with Dumplin himself looked like from your perspective. “Not the first monster beyond my understanding I've fought.”
“But one way or another, it will be the last.” he replies cryptically as your wife reaches you, you hugging her as she leaps up to your head level, arms wrapping around your neck as she hugs you. But you immediately realize something's off, she's hugging you far tighter for just being gone for a day. You get the feeling something terrible's happened while you were away.

That sounds like a very unpredictable thing to do. It is risky. I can't imagine what would happen. Would that overload Amazo's systems or maybe he would gain some new powers. He could also gain madness.

There would also be the matter of closing the hole in reality again.

we are dealing with a being that consumes reality. Do we really get the luxury of being safe dealing with something like that??

“What did I miss?” you ask her aloud, your wife's grip tightening around you. And immediately you're worried. “Mel, what happened? Talk to me.”

She pulls back, looking into your eyes as tears start to form.

“Dreadzone was attacked. Chaya and Tanya left to defend it, but...” she says, a knot forming in your stomach. You're immediately worried, then furious. The Berserker Soul roars inside you in fury, your Berserker God aura blazing furiously in response to your anger. Shattering the tiles beneath your feet, causing the entire Lookout to tremble at your rage growing by the second. And feeling your rage, Meloka grabs your head in both hands, headbutting your forehead as she flashes up to her evolved form hard enough to stagger you back. Snapping you out of it, focusing back on her.

“Khh!” you seethe through clenched teeth at the sudden shock, but your wife doesn't let go of your face. Staring into your eyes.
“Chaya won, those yellow ring-wielding bastards were slaughtered. But she was left in critical condition. I only found out what happened when Caulifla told me, asking me to bring Maz and Kayle to her to help heal the others.” she tells you, you wondering just what sort of battle you missed. “They're still over at Dreadzone, healing those they can.”

“What the hell? Was it revenge for what we did there, to that one guy, what was his name?” you reply, Meloka shaking her head.
“I don't know.” she answers. “Whatever it was, they clearly didn't get it. Unless it was their own deaths.”
“Perhaps the ring? The one that Tanya girl now wields?” Kars interjects, stepping into the conversation. “She wields the ring of the leader of the Sinestro Corps, perhaps that is what they were seeking? If they sought revenge against Sinestro's killers, they would have come to New Salda, and done battle with you there. After all, most of the universe now know where you all live.”

“While New Salda's location isn't a secret, like say Namek's, no invading force since the Saiyans captured it from the natives has been successful in taking it. Would be a fool's errand to attack directly.” Freeza says thoughtfully. But, as he thinks you see the three earthlings approach Mr. Popo and begin speaking, unable to overhear their conversation from here.

As you hold your wife, your mind burns with questions. So, instead of asking her all of them, with a thought you reach out to Tanya.

“Tanya, can you hear me?” you think, reaching out telepathically. “It's Karn.”
“General. I take it you've been made aware of what happened?” she replies, you sensing her exhaustion through the link.
“Yes. Just want to know the damage, what happened and if more help's needed.” you answer her. “Lord Freeza and I both just exited the time chamber.”
“I see.” she answers, giving you the broad strokes of what happened. How Alimar Zorc was apparently fighting in the arena when Dreadzone came under attack. He'd fought valiantly, using his magic to incapacitate several, but there were simply too many and he fell. Not killed, fortunately Caulifla saved him as well. But he nearly passed on, along with Vox himself and many of the audience. When Chaya and herself arrived the attacks turned focused on them, and though Tanya gave her all, Chaya was the last one standing. But she bested the last of them, who'd once again conjured that otherworldly beast avatar of the being that powers their rings. Ripping it apart with her bare hands before holding a fist high in triumph. “She was... Amazing.”

“Of course she is. And thank you, for fighting alongside her when I couldn't.” you reply, thanking Tanya sincerely.
“Don't worry about it. Protecting her's protecting my own livelihood, after all. She keeps Dreadzone going.” she answers. “But Vox'll surely be pissed off whenever he wakes back up, the repairs are going to cost a fortune.”
“I bet. If you need anything, don't hesitate to reach out.” you tell her, but before you can end the connection she replies.
“I need only one thing, General Karn.” she answers, her mental tone shifting to a more formal one. “Destroy those other universes. Ensure our survival, no matter what it takes. All of this will have been for nothing if we just get erased. And good luck.”

And with that she ends the telepathic link, you getting a flash of a being approaching her through the link right as she drops it. Looks like your daughter triumphed once more.

“We should see if we can help out.” you say to your wife, still holding the Bottomless Divine Blessing in your left hand. “You ready?”
“Of course.” she replies, you closing your mind and reaching out once more, this time to Caulifla.
“Hey kiddo, I just got out of the chamber. Have that Bottomless Divine Blessing, need a hand?” you think out to her, immediately feeling relief flood through Caulifla's mind as you reach out to her.

“If you would. Already lost about fifty so far, please hurry.” she replies, you feeling the strain in her mind. Seeing flashes of death and violence that remind you of what Dumplin had done to your family. So, you focus, and with a thought vanish. Leaving the Lookout behind, returning back to Dreadzone once more. Where Caulifla, in the stands is kneeling, muttering a prayer. Her dark purplish, cool magic then wafts from her in a wave, infusing everyone within a couple yards of her. Healing the audience members as Meloka releases you and jumps down, grabbing what had been a popcorn bucket. Turning to you with it, you realizing what she intends and open the bottle. Pouring out a bottle's worth into it, your wife going to the nearest dying, sobbing crowd member and pouring it down their throat as you go to another, doing the same with the bottle. She flies back and forth from you to those she goes to heal, giving groups a wide berth. Leaving the mass healings for Caulifla's area healing magic, instead hitting those more isolated and not near others.

You and your wife work in silence alongside your daughter and the younger twins, the only sounds the screams of pain, gurgles of the dying, Caulifla's whispered prayers, and the words of thanks from the audience members you all save. But not only that, you also notice some of Vox's machines prowling the stands. Some are gathering the injured and putting them in groups, to more effectively be healed by Caulifla's magic, while other you can't sense the ki of are carried away. Their lifeless bodies taken from the room. For nearly and hour you all work, saving those you can until you're all gathered together at the last group you saved.

“Thank you. Thank you so much!” a man with only one arm now says, clinging to your leg after the potion healed his young child. “Bless you, bless you Karn!”
“D-Dad?” the young boy asks, blinking his eyes in confusion. The man releases you immediately, scooping you up into his arm, holding his kid close.
“It's okay. We're saved.” he tells the kid, who looks around in confusion. Only to recognize you, his eyes going wide. “It's going to be alright.”
“You're General Karn!” the kid exclaims, a huge smile breaking out over his face. “You saved me?”

“Of course. We all did.” you say, gesturing to your wife, Caulifla, and Maz and Kayle. “Luckily we showed up just in time.”
“Thank you.” the kid says as Maz, roughly the same age walks over. Taking off his black and white right arm guard, handing it to the kid. Whose eyes grow even wider.
“Here. Just for you.” he says, reaching over and ruffling the kid's hair. His smile widening as you all see the saved kid's eyes grow even wider, then start to cry as he lunges forward, hugging your son.

“Thank you! Thank you thank you thank you!” the kid cries, clinging to your son. Who looks to you in confusion as you and your wife laugh at his expression. Seeing him unsure how to react to being so thoroughly thanked by a stranger brings a smile to your face, seeing the simple, pure joy on the kid's face.

And as your family stands there, fourteen hours remain before the Tournament of Power begins. When the fate of the Seventh Universe, as well as seven other universes will be decided. But as you hold your wife to your side, watching this scene of simple happiness play out, you feel your resolve grow even stronger. You'll do whatever it takes to win, whatever is required to win. No matter what threats are waiting, how strong the other universes' competitors are, you won't lose. You CAN'T lose, not now. Not with so much at stake.

And now that the Sinestro Corps have been dealt with, do you think there were any survivors? Or did Chaya and Tanya, as well as Alimar Zorc clear them all out? All this and more when Saiyan Conqueror Quest continues next weekend!
>>
>>6299525
The Yellow Lanterns are a cowardly lot, so I imagine there's at least one or two left in existence despite everybody's best efforts. They probably won't be much of an issue for the next few decades though, not after Parallax's manifestation got destroyed again.
As for the glimpse we got of The End...I'm not sure what to make of it. We've made it a point to punch above our weight class before, but how are you supposed to fight something so great as to be incomprehensible?
Regardless, I'm willing to explore other methods that don't involve sacrificing entire timelines just to run away. On that note, did the Original Karn ever perceive The End? Was the Berserker Soul he left behind able to evade it for so long due to blind luck, or was there something about it that kept it at bay?
>>
1, maybe 2 more weekends until we can start fighting in that tournament. I can feel it.
>>6299525
>Now that you've seen the endgame, are you ready to start working towards that?
While I expected a Devourer of All Things to be the true endgame, I was thinking that Chronoa was less of a fallen god deserted from grace and more of a long since consumed meat puppet of the dark forces beyond the veil, using her corpse to finally exterminate the few beings that could keep its power at bay (Karn). So far, I only have 2 ideas to kill it, and both involve punching it really, really, REALLY hard.
>And now that the Sinestro Corps have been dealt with, do you think there were any survivors? Or did Chaya and Tanya, as well as Alimar Zorc clear them all out?
We can hunt them down later. Those lantern guys aren't affiliated with the Justice League outside of the green one, right? They aren't friends of theirs or anything, right? I'm sure Plastic Man won't mind as long as he doesn't know.
>>
>>6299422
I'm not gunna lie this PL roll hurts my very soul. Our last chance for gains before the tournament and we couldn't even break 50% on the roll. It really hurts mang.
>>
>>6299523
Do we look like Berserker God right now? Must be surreal seeing Death walk in and heal people.
>>
>>6299607
We got the meme roll, that alone is a sign, not sure of what, but something.
>>6299525
We will punch the Dark's eye, repeatedly. speaking of, is that what the Amygdala's are part of?
>>
>>6299531
The Yellow Lantern Corps muster the strongest attack force it ever has. And was crushed. Faith in Fear has been substantially reduced, seeing what levels of nonsense it took to NEARLY beat Chaya.
A good question.
A very good question, one you won't be able to answer until Divine Dragon Force awakens and you can ask.
>>6299539
Hopefully only that long.
THIS Chronoa isn't consumed by that void abyss she's stared into for so, so, So, SO long. Though she clearly isn't SANE, not after this long.
The Yellow Lanterns oppose Green Lanterns, and their power actively has a pokemon-style super effective against green.
>>6299607
Not great, but you also weren't working on strength. Had you been, the dice could have been much bigger. But base powerlevel was never going to let you catch the likes of Moro or Jiren.
>>6299611
Yes, you're still in your Berserker God form. Have been for weeks leading up to your leaving the time chamber.
>>6299612
This isn't capitol D Dark, that's for things related to the Abyss. Something OF this reality, a primal force of existence. The End is beyond your reality, something from beyond existence. Twisted and warped beyond all recognition of what it once was. Chronoa may or may not remember what this being was before it was turned into what it is now. She told the truth as she remembers, or thinks she remembers. But she and it are hundreds of quadrillions if not quintillions of years old now, may be some memories mixed together/forgotten/misremembered.
>>
>>6299633
Rather then The Abyss in the Time Chamber. Can you share what would have happened if we'd voted for The Berserker Soul instead?
>>
>>6299633
>Faith in Fear has been substantially reduced, seeing what levels of nonsense it took to NEARLY beat Chaya
The fuck did they do? They sound like a bunch of pussies, but they are, or at least WERE, some kind of dangerous.
>THIS Chronoa isn't consumed by that void abyss she's stared into for so, so, So, SO long. Though she clearly isn't SANE, not after this long
So a version of her was eaten. And nobody else knows of, or attempted to stop The Evil Fucking Void other than the batshit insane bird lady? Not even the GP?
>The End is beyond your reality, something from beyond existence. Twisted and warped beyond all recognition of what it once was. Chronoa may or may not remember what this being was before it was turned into what it is now
Isn't there someone to tell it off to? You said once before that Whis and other angels have the credentials to snitch to 5th dimensional beings of any shenanigans like Mr. Mxyzptlk sneaking into reality again. Is this cosmic tumor or virus or misfolded protein above anything available to the highest of echelons? If it eats our realities, does that mean it can't perceive of 5th dimensional realities and higher, or is it just a picky eater?
>>
>>6299635
Have to be more specific.
>>6299651
The Yellow Rings wield Fear, as the Green Rings wield Willpower. But with Chaya staring down Fear itself unflinching, and WINNING? Now many more than before believe fear can be overcome.
>And nobody else knows of, or attempted to stop The Evil Fucking Void other than the batshit insane bird lady? Not even the GP?
Consult the chart. It is beyond all conceivable reality. It devoured at least one entire reality, all the branching timelines, all its deities, afterlifes, EVERYTHING. And yet its hunger wasn't sated.
See above, to the simplified chart. It is BEYOND ALL. In Marvel terms(thanks Godzilla vs Hulk Deathbattle), this being exists outside its multiverse, outside the layers of what lies beyond, even outside the reaches of the ones above and below all as well. This being comes from NOT. All the universe and every dimension above and below it exist, they ARE. This being is NOT, from all that isn't, from beyond.

When we blew a hole in space time in the Time Chamber, among the voting options was 'The Berserker Soul Appears Before You'.

What would have happened if that vote won?
>>
>>6299671
Very. NOW you understand the why of Chronoa's actions. Nothing could STOP that being. Here's a better, closer to-scale version. Although the size of reality is quite exaggerated, to make it visible.
>>6299675
Depending on rolls, could have led to a deeper merger with it before that which lives in not had tried to reach out for you.
>>
>>6299683
I'm pretty sure that's just a picture of either Utah or Kansas.
>>
>>6299683
>Depending on rolls, could have led to a deeper merger with it before that which lives in not had tried to reach out for you.
tsk. Thats what I was afraid of. One of our major mistakes during the time chamber was not voting for the berserker soul cause I got too tied up in my own theories.

What a waste.
>>
>>6299686
Ha!
>>6299688
But, knowing what you're up against could prove useful. And that's not saying there won't be OTHER chances to more deeply merge with the Berserker Soul.

AGE 759, NEW SALDA

“TANYA! TANYA, DO YOU HEAR ME?!” Vox suddenly shouts in your ear through your comms, causing you to wince. EVERYONE starts at the shout, turning to you.
“Go for Tanya.” you say, standing up from the table and immediately rushing to the door. Leaving the gathering of minds preparing for the Tournament of Power, rushing outside as you tap into your powers. “What's the-?”
“GET CHAYA! WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!!” he shouts as you're already reaching out to her telepathically.

“CHAYA! We've got to go! Dreadzone's under attack!” you think to her, opening a portal from one city to the other, reappearing by her. Immediately Chaya raises her right hand to her forehead, and as you grab her arm you both leave New Salda. The world shifting around you in a blink, reappearing in Vox's office. Only to see half the roof missing, screams of terror and fear as well as cheers coming from the audience below. You both turn, seeing two dozen yellow energy-clad figures firing beams of yellow from their fists at the audience and at Alimar, who's shielding himself with the spectral form of one of his furred summons. Some fire shots, others make constructs, but you immediately recognize their techniques. They're the same as the former owner of the ring you now wield, and you can feel them too. Their power is the same, from the same source. Seems they've come searching for his ring perhaps, or maybe revenge?

“Dammit!” Chaya snarls, immediately her fiery divine aura blazes as she dashes out to confront the invasion head-on. But as she does, you notice that, in the ring, the Archwizard Alimar Zorc is still battling. The corpses of several of his summoned beings scattered around him, bloody and beaten but still standing, somehow. Only to collapse as Chaya enters the fray, drawing all eyes.
“Stay down!” you tell Vox, already getting on comms to control the mechanical soldiers, setting evacuations of the arena under armed escort, and getting more soldiers deployed to the arena itself via dropships to focus the attackers' attention away from the crowd before drawing your rifle via Telequip. Your chainsaw-bayonetted rifle appearing in your hands as you fly after Chaya.

You are Tanya Degurechaff, former Dreadzone Champion and current General of Vox Industries' military forces as well as his lead strategist. Owing to being reincarnated from a previous life with all your memories intact, you quickly assimilated into your new homeworld before the aliens invaded, and you joined Dreadzone to represent your planet. But now you mainly enjoy a cushy desk job, that is until something like this happens. As no matter how comfortable your life becomes, you still wouldn't doubt Being X is somehow behind this attack too.

“What in the hell is going on here?!” Chaya roars as she charges down to the stage, landing by Alimar Zorc, crossing her arms. “You assholes think you can run up on MY arena, and attack MY people?!”
“YOU!” one of the yellow-clad beings bellow, a red-skinned woman blazing with power. “You're the wretch who hid behind her parents when challenged by my father Sinestro! Coward!”
“Coward?!” Chaya exclaims, clenching her fists by her sides as her aura blazes higher. But, before she can speak further you intervene, landing beside her, back-to-back.

“She was busy, dealing with more important matters.” you retort, looking the being up and down. “So, daughter dearest comes to avenge daddy? Sorry, but all you'll find here is your death.”
“No one asked, you, pipsqueak.” another one, this one's mouth looking almost like a Yautja's with its four big fangs as the blue-skinned creature points its ring at you. This being's big, maybe even larger than General Karn's transformed physique as it looks down at you. “And you have something that belongs to us.”
“Oh yeah? Then come and take it, ugly!” you retort, dropping a Covenant-style Regenerator down by Alimar, to restore the wizard's body as you then dash straight up into the air. Chaya blazing towards the woman to divert attention from Alimar and give him time to recover. Immediately the big guy draws his right back, then thrusts it forward towards you. Creating a whip of energy that he tries to lash you with, forcing you to weave around the crackling energy. Twisting in the air, leveling your rifle and unloading a quick burst.

But his body, shielded in his yellow energy, easily absorbs the armor-piercing shots. You fire three more bursts, at his head, pelvic bowl, and right hand, but each time his energy absorbs it. All the while dodging his whip before he growls, then changes the whip to a spray of needle-like projectiles. Which you dodge by dropping out of the air under them, then refocusing on your flight and taking off towards the being's left. The hand without the ring.

“That armor's going to be a problem. Will have to step it up.” you think to yourself, using the quick swap of Dreadzone's patented Telequip to teleport your rifle, swapping it with a weapon that packs more power. However, as you do, another two of the yellow-clad warriors attack you from opposite sides. One firing a spray of beams from their ring like an automatic rifle, the other creating a much simpler giant fist and swinging it.
>>
File: Schlagg-Man.jpg (71 KB, 590x640)

>>6301715
The coordinated, dual-pronged attack forces you to use the yellow power ring you're wearing, creating a bubble-like shield of energy around you. The projectiles pierce into your shield but don't go through, and an instant later the fist slams into the opposite side. But you don't resist the blow, instead allowing it to launch you towards your left, right at the one who'd tried peppering you. Only for him to be impaled on his own spikes he'd shot at you, one piercing straight through the armored green helmet between its eyes. Killing it instantly.

“Bratha, NO!” the one who'd 'punched' you, a purple-skinned, blue-haired giant of a man shouts, then snarls as he chases you down. Ending your shield you level the much larger rifle, energy gathering in it as he approaches. Confident in his power, however, the giant doesn't slow, only creating a bubble-like shield just like yours as he approaches. Unaware that this weapon can pierce even armor this strong, because you tested it. “I'll kill you!”
“Schlagg-Man, no!” the one who'd first called you out shouts, dashing down and kicking his bubble shield right as you fire. The impact of the kick separates this 'Schlagg-Man” and the big blue guy just enough, your beam narrowly missing them both and shooting up out into space.

“Thanks Arkillo.” Schlagg-Man says, lowering his shield as you swap the rifle out, its energy expended.
“Dammit. That one's smart.” you seethe to yourself as a rifle built to fire the same Subanese crystals, or 'Blamite' as the Covenant's Needler weapons materializes in your hands. Having secured a deal with the Sangheili leadership to set up a mining operation, as well as their arms manufacturing, your engineering team had managed to make quite a few Covenant tech-based weapons far beyond what the old Covenant had built. “Have to kill him first.”

Raising your rifle to your shoulder both big men split, rushing at you in winding arcs from both left and right. Which is their folly, as that means they'll both get close at the last minute. So you start firing, sighting in Arkillo first, firing three crystals into his yellow spherical shield he creates, intercepting the head shots then turning and taking aim at Schlagg-Man, hitting him with three as well as he closes in. Alternating left and right, you keep up the barrage, forcing both men to keep their spherical shields up instead of retaliating. Then, as they get close, you drop straight down. Narrowly avoiding being crushed between their shields as they touch. Energies merging, and the Kemuksuru needles all begin to glow as their resonance reaches its peak in a supercombine.
>>
>>6301716
“Wha-?!” Schlagg-Man exclaims dumbly as Arkillo tries to drop his shield and make a smaller one within the first, but it's too late as the crystals all explode. Sending shrapnel filling both their shields and blinding both men temporarily. Screaming in pain, their shields subconsciously drop as their hands go to their heads, you tele-swapping your rifle for your new ceremonial saber. Made of rare minerals and equipped with a vibro-generator in the hilt, it gives the weapon high frequency sonic pulses that cause the blade to be sent into extremely quick vibrations. Which, when the blade contacts something, the vibrations ripple across and through the material. Destroying a giant portion of whatever's struck, causing much more devastating wounds than a simple slash. Even other weapons struck by your blade would vibrate and shatter after only a couple seconds. And as you draw the weapon and dash in, both men hear you. “BITCH!!”

Schlagg-Man shouts as he thrusts his fist towards you, making a large hand construct. But you easily dodge the blind swat, slashing the construct across its palm as you fly out of its way. As the construct keeps going, you hear the telltale vibrations of your strike resonating through it, continuing to dash straight towards the other one. Arkillo, hearing your approach recreates his spherical shield around himself. But you keep charging in, slashing his shield as you fly past then swap your saber out as the frequency increases in his shield, the hand construct detonating and shattering. As it does, you see Arkillo's eye twitch, clearly realizing what's about to happen even blinded. As your saber vanishes, teleported back to your weapon locker he ends the power to the shield, letting it fade away as he turns, following you. His bloodshot eyes meeting your own, which widen as he sees your two most trusted rifles you'd carried through the Great War appear in your hands.

In your right is your trusty Maschinengewehr 34, the fully automatic rifle with its 900 rpm fire rate firing 7.92x57mm tracer rounds you'd carried in the Rhine theater. And in your left is the scoped Gewehr 43, the semi-automatic, scoped rifle with a ten round magazine filled with armor-piercing variants of the same caliber rounds as your MG 34. Immediately you level your right-handed rifle at the yellow-clad alien, who immediately raises his shield once more as you fire.

Unleashing a storm of lead that his shield absorbs, but you keep the spray up as you raise your left. Scoping in Schlagg-Man, firing a single shot between his eyes as he charges. The creature again raises his shield, thinking it'll stop your shot as well. However, what he doesn't know, is your rounds are accidentally designed to nullify the yellow ring's shields. The blue-tipped round punches straight through its shield as if it wasn't even there, your bullet splattering his head across the inside of his own shield.

“SCHLAGG-MAN!?” Arkillo cries as his ally drops, falling limply out of the air to land down in the lava surrounding the arena, his body disappearing as it sinks beneath the surface. “I'LL KILL YOU!!”
“Not likely.” you reply, leveling your Gewehr 43 at him. Immediately he realizes what you're about to do to him, how he can't stop your weapon directly either. So he dashes back, dodging as you try hitting him with the first armor-piercing round. Moving back and forth, making himself no longer a sitting duck of a target as he makes distance between you. Dropping the shield once he's maneuvered out of the spray of your MG 34, firing back with beams from his ring. You both dodging the shots flying back and forth, you using the tracers to aim shots from your Gewehr 43, trying to lead him. But he's squirrely for a big guy, neither of you landing a blow for nearly half a minute. Then, your automatic weapon runs empty with a click. “Tch!”

“My turn!” he replies, creating a heavily-angled planar shield, dashing straight towards you. Your armor-piercing rounds glancing off the heavily-angled shield straight down to the ground. Blocking two shots before the rifle clicks empty. Forcing you to teleport both weapons away once more, switching them back out as Arkillo's massive bulk closes back in. This time you bring your ultimate weapons, your dual pistols back to your hands. Twin weapons styled after the Pistole Parabellum, also known as the P08 Luger. These semi-automatic laser weapons have underwent significant modifications since your last battle with Chaya, and most recently after testing the limitations, strengths, and weaknesses of the yellow power ring you wear on your right index finger. Which you activate as Arkillo charges in, creating a massive, spiked morning star. You form a spherical shield of the yellow energy from the ring as he swings the mace down in a smashing overhead strike, sending you crashing down to the ground. Your energy protects you, but he's not done. Dropping down atop you, swinging the mace again.

“Khhh! Tchh!” you seethe through clenched teeth as each impact rattles your bones, you level the pistols at him through your shield. To which he laughs, smashing his weapon down again.

“Go ahead, drop your shield! Take your best shot, let's see who's faster!” he snarls, swinging his mace down once more. Deepening the crater your shield is making as he hammers you into the ground, but your aim doesn't waver. Pulling both triggers once, lasers firing from your pistols. Twin, BLUE lasers. The blue lasers that, for whatever reason, the yellow power ring's constructs somehow can't stop. Your shots fire straight through your shield, through Arkillo's morning star handle raised defensively to block the strike both as if they're not even there. Both blasts striking true, your left hitting him center mass, your right's straight between his eyes. Both energy shots pierce straight through his body and fly up into the sky before fading away, reaching their maximum range and fizzling out of existence.

“Should really study your own weaknesses.” you advise his corpse, dropping the shield as you collapse limply to your back, struggling to catch your breath. Another couple of hits and he'd have shattered your construct, crushing you to death beneath his massive conjured weapon. However, as you lay there, suddenly you see Chaya knocked into the air, then with a roar ascends.
“HRRRRRAAAAAAAA!!” she bellows, transforming beyond Super Saiyan Blue. Her dark blue aura blazing bright in the sky.

“Th-That's it Chaya. Show them. Why you're... The best...” you say, laying there unmoving as Chaya takes on her strongest transformation. Allowing yourself to rest, silently watching as you lay there and enjoy the show as she and a massive yellow construct, the same giant insect-like creature Sinestro created to battle her parents appears. But you're not worried. Knowing that there's no way she can lose this. You KNOW she'll win, your Faith in her and her victory unshakable.

She's got quite the setup with the ring and pistols. But didn't spam them, not giving her opponents to perhaps find a weakness in the technique. When they overcame one weapon or tactic she kept switching up, always staying one step ahead. And Freeza's right, you have a STACKED roster of allies.

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After months of training with Freeza inside the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Karn accidentally tore through reality with the power of his Supreme Instinct. Glimpsing something that should not be, only for Chronoa of all beings to appear. Sealing the rift in reality before Mechikabura appears as well, Karn and the Demon God learning what it was that he had glimpsed. The entity beyond reality that had consumed other realities. A truce is reached between Mechikabura and Chronoa, to find a way to stop that entity. Karn and Freeza continued their training in the time chamber, and upon reaching the limit of a year for Freeza both exit. Only for Karn to learn his daughter and Dreadzone came under attack. And as we rejoin Karn, you've finished helping Caulifla, Maz, and Kayle heal the survivors injured at Dreadzone, your family returning home.

“There. Glad everyone's been taken care of.” Caulifla says with a sigh, then turns to you. You see her appraising gaze looking you up and down. “I take it your training went well?”
“Yeah. Freeza and I made quite a bit of progress last year.” you tell her with a soft smile. “We both got a lot stronger.”
“Stronger? Yeah, but that'd not it...” she says, voice trailing off as she looks to you. “You didn't just get stronger. There's... I don't know how to put it. But you're different.”

“Different?” Meloka asks, a note of surprise in her tone as she looks from your daughter to you, looking over you with an appraising eye. “I don't see anything different.”
“Nonono, not see.” Caulifla says, brows furrowing. “But... Dad. Did something... Happen?”

As she asks, your mind flashes back to that tear in reality. And the... THING that was trying to come through. The pressure in your head, the feeling of doom as the entity beheld you. How it dropped Freeza, how your mind was being squeezed. How that being was trying to come through, how it-!

“Dad? DAD?!” Caulifla shouts, you blinking twice in confusion. Looking around, not knowing where you are for a moment. Focusing on your daughter, your mind returns to the present. To your daughter, wife, and youngest twins even looking up at you in concern. “Dad, what happened in there?”

Well? How do you answer her?

While you're surprised by your daughter's insightfulness, you understand her reaction. And seeing the worry on your family's faces, you smile.

“Everything's okay, it's fine.” you say aloud, then telepathically reach out to Caulifla and Meloka. “While Freeza and I were in there, I.. Broke through reality. Punched a hole straight through what was, and peered... Beyond.”
“Beyond?” your wife replies, also telepathically. But Caulifla's eyes widen in shock.
“Yeah. And there's... SOMETHING out there. Beyond everything, that seeks to devour all of reality. That's the thing Chronoa kept erasing realities for, destroying it all rather than letting that thing consume it.” you tell them with a thought, sharing images mentally of what happened. How Chronoa'd appeared, mending the tear in reality before Mechikabura appeared. And the agreement they'd reached, to face the monster seeking to devour all

“Hold on. Does that mean we won't have to deal with those Zamasu anymore?” your wife suddenly replies as Caulifla continues to look shocked.
“At best I think she'll stop supporting them against us, but I doubt they'll just be removed from our timeline.” you reply with a thought, then turn to Caulifla as you think more to her. “Everything okay kiddo?”
“I... I've had dreams. Of a hunger that seeks to devour all.” she replies, your daughter suddenly hugging herself. “But to think those dreams were real...”

“Hey, you guys are talking without us!” Kayle suddenly exclaims, you all looking down to her. “What is it?”
“Don't worry, just adult things.” Meloka says, reaching down and ruffling both the prepubescent teens' hair. “Things you all don't need to worry about.”
“Is it something with Mechikabura again?” Maz asks, surprisingly insightful. To which you chuckle, nodding to him. “HA! I knew it!”

“Yes, it's all stuff of a different place and time, something you don't have to worry about.” you tell them both. “For now, we should have... Nineteen hours left, before the Tournament of Power kicks off.”
“Nineteen hours? Wow, it's still so far away!” Maz exclaims. “What are we gonna do for Nineteen hours?”

Which is a good question.

“For now, let's get out of here.” you reply as two Dreadzone flying cameras hover down closer, raising your right hand to your forehead. Preparing to leave Dreadzone behind, and perhaps return home. Or maybe elsewhere, depending on who you decide to meet with next.

“Meloka, mind taking the twins back home?” you ask her, reaching over and laying a hand on Caulifla's shoulder. “We need to check something real quick.”
“We do?” Cauli asks, but your wife simply nods.
“We'll be back shortly.” you tell the three as your wife teleports the two younger twins away, you focusing and reaching out with a thought. “Dumplin, we need to talk.”

“Karn? Cooler and Ginyu just went in, you can't-” he starts as you focus on his strange ki through the mental link, teleporting back from Dreadzone back to the Lookout. Where, surprisingly, Kars remains as well. As you appear by 'Mr. Popo' in the center of the Lookout, you see Kars by the edge, looking down. “Caulifla?”
“We need to talk.” you tell Mr. Popo aloud. “While Freeza and I were in there, in the time chamber. I may have blown a hole in it.”
“You what? You do know any disturbance, linking it to any other realm could affect the flow of time, yes?” he asks, but you shake your head.
“No. It wasn't just through the time chamber. But through reality itself.” you tell him, meeting his unsettling eyes. “And I saw what's... Beyond.”

His wide eyes grow wider, realization dawning.

“I saw what's out there. What Chronoa's been fighting.” you continue, Kars coming over, curious as you talk. “Just seeing it was enough for Freeza to collapse. Chronoa herself appeared inside, sealing the rift I'd accidentally made.”
“You... You saw Outside...” he says, voice trailing off as Kars raises a brow. Clearly surprised by Mr. Popo's reaction. Only for the former Demon God to suddenly blur to your, grabbing your head and bringing his face right up to yours, staring deep into your eyes. You freeze in place, curious what he's doing. But Caulifla reacts... Differently. No doubt remembering what he'd done to your family before, divine aura blazing as she immediately levels her left hand at his head.

“Don't you-!” she exclaims, but freezes as Dumplin sighs out in seeming relief.
“Good. It didn't get to you.” he says, releasing your head and relaxing. Turning to Caulifla with a smile. “There's no need for that, your father's clean.”
“Clean?” you, Cauli, and Kars all ask him. To which his expression darkens.
“Yes. That... Thing. It can sort of... Piggyback its presence through mortals. To serve as beacons in the beyond, drawing it towards reality through the infinite void of Not.” Dumplin explains. “Infecting the minds of mortals and gods alike with its mad hunger. Turning them into little more than beasts who seek only to consume.”

“I've seen it in my dreams. The infinite, boundless hunger. Inevitable like a rising tide, until the entire world is drowned by its hunger.” Caulifla answers him. “I thought they were just dreams, that they didn't mean anything. But knowing that presence I've felt is real...”
“You've FELT it?!” the being once known as Dumplin asks, turning to her and doing as he had with you. Peering into her eyes, but you get the feeling he's actually peering into her soul. Seeing it from the outside. “Ah, I see. Of course the Darkmoon Soul would know of it. Explains what Aldrich saw after consuming Gwyndolin's soul, in most timelines...”
“Excuse me. But what in the world are you all talking about?” Kars interjects. “Because from what I'm understanding, it sounds like there is a being beyond reality that seeks to devour everything until nothing is left. Is that about right?”

“A bit of a crude explanation, but yes. This entity seeks nothing but to devour, to consume and swallow up all that is to sate its endless hunger.” Dumplin answers.
“Hmm. Makes this whole 'tournament for our survival' seems all the more important, yet not.” Kars replies, finger to his chin. “If we lose, we'll be erased. And if we win, we have another challenge to overcome, or face being erased anyway.”
“There's always another challenge. After every wall another, higher wall.” you say, lacing your fingers together behind your head, leaning back a bit. “We just have to overcome them one at a time.”

“Yes, quite correct. Handle the tournament first, then we can deal with what comes after later.” Kars answers you with a nod. “Speaking of, how went your training? You seem a little stronger, but not as much as I'd expected. Or, did you and Lord Freeza succeed, and break through the limit?”
“I guess you'll have to wait and see.” you reply with a smirk of your own. But as you do Caulifla suddenly tenses, then raises her hand to her forehead. “Everything okay?”
“Training accident. Gotta go.” she replies, vanishing. Leaving you, Kars, and Dumplin alone.

“Should probably take my leave as well. But we'll talk more after the tournament.” you say to Mr. Popo, who nods once. You turn to Kars, addressing him next. “And let's not spread this around. No need to cause a panic.”
“Don't mention the entity beyond all understanding and reason to the irrational, foolish Kai? Why would I ever do something so foolhardy?” he replies, then grins. “Of course not. This conversation doesn't leave the Lookout.”
“Good. Now I'm gonna make sure our team's ready, don't need any last-minute surprises.” you say, turning and taking a couple jogging steps. Running to the end of the Lookout and leaping off, allowing yourself to fall through the sky. Letting this planet's weak gravity take you for a moment before changing course, flying over the land and sea as you reach out telepathically to your eldest-born son. “Everything work out Chilli?”

You think out to your son, feeling his mind connecting to your own as he answers.

“Dad? Yeah, it's going better than great! I think I fully figured out a countermeasure for Moro's ki drain.” he answers excitedly. “I've been working all night, but I think I figured it out! And it'll work just as well on anyone else who can passively absorb ki in the tournament too. And I have just under nineteen hours to spare!”
“Really? That's impressive, son.” you reply, genuinely proud. “But I was asking about how your recruiting went? Did you find a suitable backup wizard to aid you?”
“Oh, right. Yes. Had two, but we all came to an agreement and decided one was simply far better suited to this tournament's rules, while the other would stay behind and protect the world. Especially since killing isn't aloud.” he answers, you seeing a mental image of the slime that can turn itself into an androgynous humanoid, seeing it battling that skeleton wizard near his home. “And, to better battle Moro or those Zamasu, or whatever else, both have resistances to Time Magic as well.”

“Seems like your allies you've made are quite reliable.” you reply to him, smiling as you fly over the now-peaceful planet Marron calls home. Flying towards her powerlevel to the south, drawing near another city first. “Rest well, son. Everyone needs to be in top form for this tournament. Because everyone else certainly will be, we can't take any chances.”
“Don't worry about me, my stamina's not an issue.” he answers confidently, then perhaps feeling your care through the link adds. “However, some time to rest wouldn't be out-of-order. There is this one city I've heard about, Obsidim, a city of ash near a volcano that was rumored to house a strange power. So, perhaps we'll go by there and visit?”

“Sounds like a good time. You all enjoy yourselves.” you reply, flying over one of the cities. Only to see a strange sight unfolding. “We'll talk soon.”
“Right. See you soon Dad.” he replies, you both ending the link as you focus on what's happening below.
“Aaaahahahahaa! You just try an' stop us!” one of several black-masked men shout, firing some sort of automatic rifle at the planet's police force. Who are cowering behind their cars, clearly out-gunned by the ones before them. “Is zis ze best you pigs can do?”

The local law enforcement officers are clearly outmatched by the half-dozen men, pinned down behind their vehicles. One tries to even so much as take a look around his vehicle, only for another burst of fire to force him back behind his vehicle as more masked men emerge from the building with sacks of something. Seems like they're pillaging the place.

But what do you do? Do you get involved?

As you watch them attack the law enforcement, you feel your anger flare a bit. With a “Tsk!” through gritted teeth you start dropping down, reaching out with your telekinesis. Grabbing each of the masked men's weapons, and as one jerk them up and out of their grips. Sending the weapons flying up in the air, straight towards yourself, drawing everyone's eye to you as you descend.

“I am General Karn, of the PTO. And this planet and it's people are under MY protection.” you say, landing down on the street between the criminals and the officers, the weapons still flying through the air. You'd thrown them hard enough with your telekinesis to leave the city's bounds, sending them off in a direction you don't sense any life from. Crossing your arms, you stare down the one who'd been shouting, the presumed leader of the group. “I'll give you one chance to surrender, and no harm will come to you. But, if you resist, I cannot guarantee I won't accidentally kill any of you.”

“Wait, that's him?”
“That's the guy who beat Piccolo?!”
“Fuck this, I quit!”
“I don't believe it, he saved us!”
“Shit, now what boss?”

You hear murmurs, both from the officers and the ones looting the building. Several of the criminals, having clearly realized they stand no chance all suddenly kneel down, putting their hands behind their heads. A gesture you think is one of surrender on this world.

“Tha-! Get us outta here!” one guy shouts from inside the blue, large-wheeled vehicle. The driver, obeying hits it, the vehicle roaring as its wheels spin. Taking off, the vehicle screeching and roaring down the road.
“No.” you reply, reaching out. Grabbing the vehicle with your telekinetic grip, lifting it straight up off the ground with a grunt. “You're not getting away so easily.”

The vehicle continues to roar as you lift it straight up off the ground, pulling it back through the air back towards you. Holding it in the air as you pull it to you, then you flip it over and lay it on the ground before you on its top. Wheels still spinning uselessly.

“This world is under the protection of the PTO. Which means you're under MY protection. Attacking any of my lord's subjects is akin to attacking me.” you say, leaping up and landing atop the upside-down vehicle, driving your hands through the metal. Grabbing their seats by their undersides, tearing them straight up and out of the vehicle. Holding both overhead before gently, lightly tossing them down in their still-strapped seats before the officers. “I will not tolerate crimes against my people.”

“Excuse me! Sir! General Karn!” a man shouts, you turning your head and seeing a guy with black hair, a thin mustache, wire-frame glasses and a microphone followed closely by a guy with what looks to be a camera of some kind on his shoulder. “Jimmy Firecracker, of ZTV. If you have the time, would you be able to answer a few questions for the people at home?”
“An interview?” you reply, curiously. Then, with a shrug, having nothing pressing to attend to agree, leaping down off the vehicle to land beside the diminutive man. In your Berserker God form, he barely comes up to your thigh, towering over him and everyone else present. “Sure, why not. I have some time to spare. Go ahead, ask away.”

You see the man's eyes sparkle, clearly having expected you to just leave and not actually agree to hear his questions. He coughs once, turning his head from the mic before speaking.

“General Karn. The people of Earth want to know: are you the one who bested the dastardly Demon King Piccolo upon his return?” he asks, holding the microphone out to you.
“Best him? No, it wasn't much of a fight, I barely used any of my power. But I took him from your planet back to his own homeworld, to be with his own people.” you reply, seeing his shock.
“Hold on. Demon King Piccolo, who ruled over our planet with an iron fist, was actually an alien the entire time?” the news guy shouts, incredulous as you hear the people around all murmuring their surprise. “Did I just hear that correctly?”
“Yes. He's a Namekian, so we returned him to his own world where he belongs. But he's surprisingly strong for a Namekian.” you answer. “One of the strongest I've ever met.”

I'm concerned by the fact that the terms of Earth's surrender haven't been made public, or at least that's implied if he's asking us about this. Was that not something Earth's leadership and the PTO hashed out a while ago? What gives?

Yes. But just because Gero has surrendered to the PTO without a fight in an alliance of "mutual benefit" doesn't mean the general populace is fully aware. Or has heard it from the mouth of one of the aliens. Remember, unless they saw Karn touch down in that one city with Cui's team or worked out of Red Ribbon Headquarters, the people of Earth haven't SEEN aliens before.

“Conquer? There's no need to conquer your world, your leader has already surrendered to us and joined our cause.” you tell him, a hint of confusion in your tone. Seems the one called Gero didn't quite make it public yet that his planet is now a part of the PTO. “So there's no need for any invasion, or any sort of show of force from us. Unless something terrible happens, like a rebellion or someone else tried invading your world and taking you over.”
“You mean to say that our leader, Doctor Gero, was already aware of your presence and surrendered our world to you?” he asks, you nodding to him.
“Of course. After I showed that Namekian Piccolo how much stronger I was than him, everyone surrendered to our protection.” you tell him, trying to remember back to how long ago that way. “Man, that was... How long ago was that? Doesn't matter, what does matter is that nothing noticeable in your lives should change. The PTO is here to unite the universe, not reduce it to rubble.”

“I see. Thank you for your time, General Karn, we won't hold you any longer!” the reporter says to you with a nod. Holding out his hand, as if expecting a handshake. So you nod back, powering down as far as you can without losing your transformed state. A feat far easier now after that year of training, of maintaining your form for over a month at a time. You power down almost to your base level, wrapping your hand around his. Carefully not exerting pressure on him, knowing his powerlevel is so small it might not even be double digits. Shaking once, you then release him, lifting off back into the air. “And there he goes, ladies and gentlemen! The General of the PTO, clearly taking time away from quite the ferocious battle in which he emerged unscathed to stop a robbery in progress and give us an interview! We'll have...”

His voice trails off as you fly away, wondering what he's talking about, only to look yourself over. And see that your uniform, or the tattered remains of what's left of it anyways, barely hanging together. Seeing the shape you're in, you raise your right hand to your forehead, focusing on your wife's ki through your bound wedding rings. Teleporting from Earth back to your home, reappearing just outside your ship by her side.

“There you are. Everything okay?” she asks, you nodding.
“Yeah. Just going to, you know, get out of this tattered gear.” you reply, gesturing down yourself. Your wife looks you up and down, then flies up, whispering in your shoulder.
“I'll join you.” she says, a teasing note in her voice. You grin in response, grabbing her in your arms and heading back inside your home. After some long-missed intimate time with your wife, you both emerge dressed, refreshed, and hungry. Just in time to smell something wonderful drifting through the halls. So, following your nose, you and your wife head to the mess hall, the door opening to a feast to your senses.

“Just in time, Karn. Meloka. C'mon, have a seat.” Silver says, you seeing he's sitting down with all his apprentices, new and old. “Join us.”
“Appreciate it.” you reply, sitting with him and his people. Enjoying a meal they prepared, savoring every bite. For the first meal you've eaten in a year that you hadn't ki-fried or eaten war, it's bliss on your taste buds, the best thing you feel you've ever eaten. Savoring every bite as you dig in. Enjoying the feast, relaxing in your seat once the meal is finished. “That was incredible. Appreciate it Silver, first meal out of the time chamber.”

“Knew you'd be back soon enough, figured I'd have something nice for ya.” Silver replies, sitting back as well. “So, the tournament for the fate of the world is soon, huh? Are you ready?”

Well? How do you reply?
>Confident. You've put in the work, all that's left is to show the results of your training with Freeza
>Cautiously confident. You've grown more powerful, but if the other universes have time chambers of their own to increase their own teams' potential powers, it could be tough

“We're ready.” you clarify, Silver raising a brow at your answer. Reaching over and wrapping an arm around your wife's shoulders, meeting the former assassins eyes with a smile. “I believe in everyone. In my family. In my allies. In everyone. That even if I fall, they'll see us through to victory. Our team isn't reliant on one fighter. Never has been. I almost never fight any threats alone, and this Tournament of Power won't be any different. Besides. Being outnumbered only seven to one are some of the best odds I've ever fought against. Each of our fighters only have to take out seven other fighters each for us to win. Nothing like some of the battles we've fought in the past, where Meloka and I by ourselves took down millions each. With so many powerful allies on our side, the Seventh Universe won't lose.”

“Admire your confidence. And yer faith in everyone.” he replies, visibly relaxing himself. “If you believe so strongly, then so will I. I'll have a feast ready for your return, for our returning champions.”
“We'll certainly appreciate that.” your wife answers him, the two of you standing. “But for now, we have students to train. Imminent battles for our reality don't mean we can be lax in our duties.”
“Yer right about that.” Silver replies, and with a gesture his people all get up as well and start moving. You and your wife leave the mess hall and your ship, taking off and flying across the city over to the training building. Flying over and landing by the door, where Goar is at the door. Without his charge in tow.

“Goar? Where, your new friend?” you ask him.
“She's not strong enough to handle the gravity in here. So, while we're training, she's doing her own training.” he gestures over his shoulder with his thumb to one of the other doors, one that only leads to a private gravity chamber. The electronic sign showing it's at 2x New Salda's gravity. “Was trainin' her before was time to come 'ere. Letting her adjust at her own pace.”

“You'll make a good teacher yet.” you say with a gentle pat on the back, the three of you entering the training facility together. Where you and your wife together, along with Tatsu and Tomi and your elder students lead everyone through the day's training regimen for a couple of hours. And once everyone's through, you take your usual spot atop one of the chambers inside the building, addressing your students. “You've all done well today! Now, eat, rest and be well. For tomorrow, I expect you all to give just as much effort as you have today.”
“Sir yes sir!” your students salute, you saluting back as you look over them all. You're going to win this tournament, survive this Tournament of Power for them as well. To ensure they get to live, to continue to grow.

And that's it for tonight, everyone enjoy the ride? Ready for the last few hours before the tournament, to see what else could happen before it begins? Anyone else you want to meet with before the battle for the fate of the universe begins? And do you think Jiren and Moro will be the biggest threats in the tournament, or will another universe have a bigger threat waiting? All this and more when Saiyan Conqueror Quest continues, in just over 12 hours at noon EST!
>>
>>6302830
I'm going to laugh when we just one-shot (/ one set of~4 or 5 successful rolls / one update) Jiren with our Supreme Instinct, but then get utterly fucked by some magician or Stand User from a crossover IP. Some of the Stands we've fought in the past have been fucking tough, and hard to figure out how to fight. Jiren's pretty straightforward in comparison
>>
>>6302829
>all of our students have the day off to watch the ToP
Fuck yeah. I'm looking forward to showing these fuckers what a proper unit looks like. And Plastic Man I guess.
As for who's the biggest threat...depends on whether or not Maji-Kayo can absorb people or not.
>>
>>6302835
Even if you dominate, he won't fall easily. I'm sure everyone's seen the absolute nonsense he can pull. He and Moro are the strongest threats upon tournament START. But others might get stronger or be more threatening, we'll have to wait and see.

Another nice session, GD.
>Ready for the last few hours before the tournament, to see what else could happen before it begins?
wondering if any other universes will be sending..."visitors" for a good ol' warm-up. I know we sent Amazo scouting, and I hope he was able to gather his intel mostly undetected (don't know how DOOM banished him still)
>Anyone else you want to meet with before the battle for the fate of the universe begins?
I want to make sure Chaya is A-OK for the tournament, and then chat it up with a few friends we haven't seen in a while. I bet news of the TOP spread like wildfire.
>And do you think Jiren and Moro will be the biggest threats in the tournament, or will another universe have a bigger threat waiting?
The Marvel characters will be right in the back pocket for some shenanigans. DOOM is DOOM and the Hulk will be Hulking all over the place if left unchecked. There's also Hit moving around the arena like a ghost and Dr. Rota's Special Ability. Agnilasa will probably get bodied quickly in this timeline or not form at all.

I've been skimming the dbz wiki recently, and fun fact: there's a Tuffle in Universe 2.

Glad you enjoyed, but the ride's not finished yet. Someone wants to... Talk to you.
Sending a scout and sending who's about to show up are two wildly different things.
A valid concern, and we'll see who else wants to talk.
The best part is Universe 6 is bringing Banner first. Saving Hulk until the time's right, after all if he kills someone he's disqualified.

Once your students have dispersed, gone on their own ways, you realized you had the whole afternoon and evening to yourself. You could always train, but one evening of training after the year you spent with Freeza is hardly relevant. And besides, today is still your rest day, on your schedule. You shouldn't push yourself too hard, to fully ready yourself for what lies ahead. However, as you exit the gravity enhanced training facility, you immediately sense something. As if you're being watched. And whoever it is, they aren't friendly.

“Karn? Everything okay?” your wife asks as you suddenly stop walking, immediately flying up and hovering behind you, pressing her back to your own, covering your blind spot. You don't move, focusing your senses a moment. But before you can identify whatever tripped your instincts, the sensation fades. Whatever or whoever it was, they clearly don't want to mess with you when you're aware.
“Something was watching us. They're gone now, but I could sense their deadly intent.” you think to your wife. Who immediately ascends to her form beyond Blue, deep azure aura blazing. Higher and higher as she spreads her energy wide, stretching dozens, hundreds of yards in all directions.

“In the forest. Three, four hundred yards away and retreating.” she says, pointing with her left, off your right side. And without another word you both take off, leaving green and blue trails behind you as you fly. You expand your ki sense but detect nothing, sensing no one ahead of your wife as she charges. Dashing into the forest, weaving through the trees, you follow slightly behind her. Knowing she can see the target and you can't, you let her take point and focus on watching her six.

“There!” she suddenly says, you both breaking through the forest into a familiar clearing. The one you'd used to battle Cooler in for evening training sessions together. And, standing in the middle is a single dog-like humanoid being. Wearing what appear to be two hats on its head, wearing purple and gold arm braces, necklace, and belt, the creature stands quite confidently. Fists on its hips as its tusks protrude up from the corners of its mouth. You and your wife slide to a stop, stopping a dozen or so yards from the creature.

“So. Who're you?” you ask, still completely unable to get a read on the being's power.
“Can't say.” it replies, smugly.
“Why are you spying on my family?” you ask, feeling your wife once more flying up and pressing her back to your own. No doubt this creature has friends, but who could have sent it? And why can't you sense it's energy?”

“Can't say.” it answers again, your brows furrowing.
“Oh yeah, 'can't say'? Then how about you say what you CAN say. Before I lose my patience.” you reply, clenching your fists. To which it chuckles, and from the treeline behind it you see masked figures start to emerge. Some at ground level, others in the heights of the trees. But they all share one thing in common: they're completely invisible to your ki sense. Just like those dogs from the Ninth....

“Son of a bitch.” you mutter as realization dawns.
“What is it?” your wife whispers back as you murmur. “We've got more back here. We're surrounded.”
“They're from the Ninth Universe. Just like those dogs Chaya, Ginyu and I fought, their ki is untraceable.” you reply. “Looks like they're desperate to keep us out of this tournament.”
“They know they'll lose against us, if you three beat their best in no contest matches.” your wife replies. “So. How do you want to handle this?”

Well?

>Try and tap into Supreme Instinct, this could be a good test to see if you can use it reliably for the tournament

“What a perfect training opportunity. Killing in the tournament's not allowed. So, let's practice that on them.” you say, grin widening. “If we can handle runts like this without accidentally killing them, it'll be good practice for the tournament.”
“Hmph. Alright, I'll try not to kill them.” your wife replies, to which the leader of these assassins laughs.
“Heeh heeh heeh heeeh. You really think you can beat us so easily?” the dog-like man shouts, thrusting his right hand forward. “Kill 'em, boys!”

“Haaaaa!”
“Kyaaaaa!”
“Hrrraaaa!”
“Hiiyaaaaah!”
“Shyaaaa!”
“Hyaaaaah!”

Several dozen beings shout, rushing towards you and your wife from all sides. You and your wife both move, simultaneously dashing in opposite directions. Closing in on the leader, you feint a left then deliver a right hook to the temple. But you're moving so fast he can't even react to either. Your punch sends him flying back, crashing through three of his masked assassins before they all slam into one of the large trees.

“Alright, bring it on!” you exclaim, aura blazing as you turn, firing a left roundhouse kick into another's jaw. As you attack, you hear Meloka from behind you going on the offensive as well. The two of you methodically break down the attackers, you breaking arms and ribs, but carefully avoiding lethal shots. Yet for every guy you knock down, two more take his place. For some reason they keep coming after you, trying to swing, but they're moving in slow motion compared to you in this form. Even without your ki sense, you could probably still dodge their attacks with your eyes closed. So why do they keep pressing forward?

“Y-You monster!” one shouts, flying in with a heavy right. Which you slip under, landing a devastating uppercut to his guts. Suppressing your power, as you could have easily ripped him clean in half with that strike. However, as you keep attacking these would-be assassins, suddenly your instincts flare. Blazing your aura, you use it to knock back more than a dozen of the pint-sized attackers, only to turn and see the dog man throwing energy at what was your back. Energy you recognize.

“Hakai, huh? BRING IT!” you roar, aura blazing high as the orb of destructive ki races headlong at you. Drawing up one hundred percent of your Berserker God form's might.
“What?! That's Death, fool!” the dog man shouts, but you don't flinch. Planting your feet you catch the energy. But, as you do, immediately realize that this isn't it. You've felt Hakai before. And whatever this energy is, it isn't it.
“This isn't Hakai.” you say, crushing the ball of energy to nothing in your hands. “Trying to fake me out with pretend Destruction?”

“That was only a setup! The real energy's right here!” he shouts, drawing his left back. But you don't buy it, narrowing your eyes as he throws this one too. You don't even move, letting the pretend energy crash against your ki. Your sheer aura shredding it. “Eh?”
“This is getting boring.” you say, raising your hand towards him. Only for your instincts to again flare, sensing his killer intent as he smirks. And with a gesture, suddenly you feel it! You don't know how we was concealing it, but looking up see and sense a ball of Hakai energy dropping right towards you! “There it is!”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHcE6AI9XIk

“HRRAAAAAAAAA!!” you roar, planting your feet and catching the Destruction in your hands. Your Berserker Soul blazes furiously up around you, the Hakai consuming your ki as the two energies touch.
“HAAH HAAAH HAAAA!! Fool! Your arrogance has killed you! That's the energy of Destruction, nothing can survive that!” the lead assassin bellows as his people cheer. But you don't just give in and die, aura blazing wildly as you struggle against the power to erase your very being from reality. “Now perish into nothingness!”
“KAAAARN!?” your wife screams in panic, you hearing her panic and fear.
“GRRRRR! I-I've-! Got this!” you snarl to her through clenched teeth as the orb of destruction tries to consume you whole. But your Berserker God form's emerald power blazes, resisting the destructive power of the Hakai. Sliding your arms around the sides of the orb, drawing it closer, you begin compressing the orb of Destruction. “HAAAAAAAAA!”

“Wh-What?! That's not possible! No one can resist the power of a Destroyer God!” one of the assassins shouts.
“This can't be!” another adds.
“He-He can't really STOP it, can he?” a third questions. But you don't stop, focusing entirely on the energy of Destruction trying to consume you.

“Tch! Grrrrr! HrrrrrrAAAAAAAA!!” you roar, compressing the destructive orb more and more. As you do, shrinking the expanding orb of annihilation down to the size of your head it expands back out again. Doubling, then doubling again as the divine energy tries to resist. But you keep compressing the Destroyer's ki, controlling the divine energy through your sheer power. Shrinking it back down, overpowering the godly ki until it stops resisting. Panting, you then hold the orb of Destruction in your hands, staring up over it at the bastard who'd thrown it.

“Th-There's no way. That's Lord Sidra's-!” he starts, only to slap both hands over his mouth. Eyes wide and bloodshot with fear.
“Lord Sidra, huh?” you reply, remembering his name being called out by the dogmen of the Ninth during the Expo. Seems you were right, the Ninth Universe was behind this attack after all. So, you decide to save this for later, compressing the energy further between your hands. Compressing the energy down until it's little more than a pinpoint of light, swallowed up by your energy as the Berserker Soul consumes it. You can feel it, that tiny pinpoint of Destruction still inside you as you hold it. Saving it for later, perhaps to send back at the Ninth's Destroyer when the tournament begins?

Which leaves just one question: What now?
>You've had enough, take out the rest of the would-be assassins as swiftly and efficiently as possible without killing them, keep up the practice
>Enough of this, use your Scatter Beams to wipe them out as fast as possible
>Give them a chance to live a few more hours before Zen-Oh erases them, tell them all they can leave or be slaughtered here and now
>Kill all the minions but one, leave the one who'd tried to Hakai you alive so he can return to the Destroyer and tell him “Karn knows it was you. And I'll see you soon.”

“Well then. I think we're done here.” you say, gathering your ki into your fingertips. “Slaughter them all, Mel, except this one.”
“W-What?!” he exclaims, eyes widening even further.
“Right.” she replies, and suddenly you see more than a dozen beams of blue ki swarm around from behind you. Piercing more than a dozen of the assassins instantly, her attacks snaking through the air as they hunt down the others. Several try and leap into the air, trying to fly away but you raise your hands, firing your Scatter Beams from your fingers. Peppering them with holes, their corpses dropping right into Meloka's attacks. And in a few seconds it's over, several hundred assassins all dead or unconscious from earlier.

“Good job hun. Mind finishing off the unconscious ones? I'm going to give our would-be assassin a message for his Destroyer.” you say, stepping on bodies as you walk over to him.
“Sure.” she replies, you hearing the sounds of her energy being fired whizzing through the air.
“S-S-Stay back! D-Don't you touch me!” he shouts, stepping back, terrified. Eyes blown wide with fear.

“Don't worry. I'm not going to kill you.” you tell him, the terrified creature freezing. In that moment you blur forward, reaching out and grabbing him by the throat. Lifting him into the air, holding him eye level with you. “No. You're going to deliver a message for me.”
“M-Mess-? Ack!” he chokes out, you nodding at his understanding.
“Yes, that's right. A message.” you reply as Meloka continues murdering the unconscious fighters, ensuring they won't be a threat. “You're going to leave my universe, go back to Sidra, and tell him what you saw.” you say, then pulling him in close, whisper. “Tell him that Karn knows it was him behind this attempted assassination. And that I'll see him soon. Got that?”

The last living assassin nods furiously, you releasing him. Allowing him to drop in a heap at your feet, choking and gasping for air.

“Good. Now, go. Leave my universe, and tell your Destroyer what I told you.” you say as he scrambles to his feet. Turning and sprinting away from you, taking to the air and flying off. You turn your back on his retreating form, to face your wife. Who powers down herself, reverting back to her base form with a sigh out of her evolved blue form.
“Well. That was something.” she replies casually, walking over the bodies to you. Flying up once she's close, wrapping her arms around your neck and kissing you. You hold your wife and kiss her back. Enjoying this moment alone together. Fourteen hours remain before the Tournament of Power begins. Until the fate of the Seventh Universe, as well as seven other universes is decided.

And that's it for this weekend, everyone enjoy this episode? Ready to enjoy the last hours before the Tournament of Power begins? Curious how the Destroyers, including Beerus will react to you claiming that piece of Hakai? Curious if anyone ELSE is going to try their luck and attack you or your people? Or do the other universes all know better than the 9th? All this and more next time, on Saiyan Conqueror Quest!

yep. Wonder whats gonna happen with 14 hours left on the clock.
>Curious how the Destroyers, including Beerus will react to you claiming that piece of Hakai?
I think Beerus would be unnerved, but I think telling him WHY we did it would soothe his nerves. Sidra's probably gonna piss himself and Champa will try his best to ignore it.
>Curious if anyone ELSE is going to try their luck and attack you or your people? Or do the other universes all know better than the 9th?
Someone other than the 9th had to have been watching that. Hell, they probably coordinated with other universes to hatch that scheme. I think this display got the message across, and if it didn't, we *could* invade other universes someday.
>>
>>6303282
Oh yeah, do these goons get added to the Karn Express Lane in the afterlife?
>>
I do think letting the messenger goes was a mistake. Yes hes 100% gunna get Hakai'd for this to try and cover up Sidras own involvement, which I'm happy about, but I do think that knowing Karn has a stored Hakai blast is gunna make EVERYONE twitchy.

And twitchy people do stupid things that are hard to predict and defend against.

That said, if the Grand Priest allows it, I would 100% save this Hakai for when Jiren tries to go all in against us with a Beam Clash then hit is ass with Hakai then flank him.

Even if it, SOMEHOW Destroyed him, if that cost only Karn his spot, and not all of U7, thats an extremely good trade as long as Moro is already out.

Sidra isn't soft, he just comes off as such when compared to Roh, who is a comically evil piece of shit.
Sindra's biggest shortcoming is his passivity and his lack of critical thinking skills. He's exactly the type of person that would play patsy to a little rat fuck like Quitela.
>>
>>6303286
Who knows?
Champa will be the least surprised. After all, he's stronger than Sidra and you tanked his Hakai directly.

>>

>He didn't orchestrate. Merely encouraged him. That'd be his story and he'll stick to it.
Semantics. Being involved in an attempt on our life make him complicit anyways, meaning his life is forfeit all the same.
He better hope we kill Sidra before he snitches, because if we can link him to this little distraction we just had, his buck toothed midget ass is next.

Hm fair enough.

Share the hakai for a emergency thats unlikely to get someone killed then.

Also I dunno why people are mad. Like yes The Rats a shithead, but honestly when not just the lives, but the souls and afterlive of your entire universe is on the block, yours included, you absolutely should rig the game as hard as you possible can to make sure you and yours make it out alive.

If we could I'd have been happy if Beerus did the same thing.

You are right. Now that you explained it, it is way worse. The monster from this picture is a small fry compared to what Hadar has become.
>>6299330
> But stopping by you, his eyes meeting your own. Clearly seeing something different in your expression.
So meeting with Devourer changed Karn enough that even Cooler can sense something is different.
>“But one way or another, it will be the last.”
I don’t like what Dumplin perhaps implies here. That Karn will not survive the encounter and even if he wins this victory will cost him his life. Or maybe he could mean that there is no way to win against this.
>>6299633
>THIS Chronoa isn't consumed by that void abyss she's stared into for so, so, So, SO long. Though she clearly isn't SANE, not after this long.
Though she is still holding on.
>>6299683
>Here's a better, closer to-scale version. Although the size of reality is quite exaggerated, to make it visible.
This makes me think that maybe there is an alternative option to the Chronoa’s method. But I don’t know if Super Dragon Balls can grant wish of this magnitude. You said that every time Chronoa recreates reality it takes Devourer unbelievably long time to get close once more. She then destroys Time scroll, runs away and recreates reality and situation repeats.
That’s actually good that the “not existence” is so vast that even for Hadar it takes uncountable amount of time to reach our reality again.
So wish for Super Shenron would be:
>Cast a permanent spell upon our reality that makes it that every time when Hadar gets near our reality teleports as far away as possible from him in safest possible place in “nonexistence”.
Doom not averted but delayed indefinitely.
There would also be a need for this:
>>6303052
>maybe this tournament is the best place to start the RDL ( the reality defense league.)
Because GD said:
>>6302627
>“Infecting the minds of mortals and gods alike with its mad hunger. Turning them into little more than beasts who seek only to consume.”
This means that if Dark Hunger cannot get what he wants with his usual way it may try to start influencing beings living here.
>>6302562
>“I... I've had dreams. Of a hunger that seeks to devour all.” she replies, your daughter suddenly hugging herself. “But to think those dreams were real...”
If Caulifa could sense it some others may sense it too. If it drives them to madness they may start some mad cult that will attempt to help bring Hadar to our reality

>>6302562

>Curious if anyone ELSE is going to try their luck and attack you or your people?
I think yes, but maybe attack will not be on Karn but on Caulifa and Chaya.
> Or do the other universes all know better than the 9th?
Knowing how strong team of Universe 7 is may encourage some of them to do something now, because under rules of Tournament they may not stand a chance.

>>6303648
Yes, as that being is noticeably below Zen-Oh in scale.
Sense? No. But he saw something different in your eyes.
He's implying not only both of those, but also that if you beat that, there's nothing bigger/scarier/stronger out there. THAT is the endgame of reality.
>holding on
She's gone quite mad, over the quintillions of years she's been alive. But she's not fallen to that entity's influence, which is quite impressive.
In a world beyond light, death, time and other such concepts of Disparity, hiding one infintesimal speck of reality inside the infinite void of NOT is relatively easily. Besides, you have no idea how long Chronoa would flee before recreating each reality. Time is something that long ago lost all meaning for her.
Super Shenron couldn't do something like that. Would take a much older, more powerful dragon that survived more than one reality for something like that, given a LOT of extra juice.
>This means that if Dark Hunger cannot get what he wants with his usual way it may try to start influencing beings living here.
>try to start
Lol. Lmao, even.
>sense it
Nooooooot quite.
>>6303650
Of course. Tanya's the one being who has the most experience with Chaya's strength other than Chaya herself. They spent YEARS together at Dreadzone, Tanya knows Chaya better than she herself does.
>Raven
A VERY good question. Freeza, who is not nearly such an empath and a much sturdier, more well-balanced mind and soul than canon was KOd by glimpsing beyond.
He wonders why each human world that calls itself Earth is always so different.
>Domain Expansion
Not impossible, but not likely. Remember, this is Dragon Ball. Where a big enough power overrides cool hax abilities. Just ask Hit.
Energy Shell is such a cool concept straight-up stolen from HxH. Show fell off HARD during the ant arc for me and I dropped it, but some of the concepts from the system are cool.

I wonder if the Entity Beyond Reality has managed to corrupt a Chronoa or two over however many eternities this has been going on. Heck, its even possible that this Chronoa isn't even the first one to do what she has been doing.
>>
>>6304021

>>
>>6303829
>Would take a much older, more powerful dragon that survived more than one reality for something like that, given a LOT of extra juice.
The only Dragon Balls that survived reality erasure that I remember now are Dark Dragon Balls that if I remember right had soul of Mechikabura in them. Dumplin kept them and then one Towa made a wish on them to resurrect Mechi. Are those Dark Dragon Balls capable of granting this wish?
>Lol. Lmao, even.
Are you implying he is already doing this? I don’t know how severe this is. Few corrupted individuals or maybe much more of them exist. Who knows.
>>6304049
>This is definitely OOC knowledge, but yes. Why do you think she murders herself in each new reality? Some couldn't take it and cracked, now she doesn't even trust other versions of herself.
I guess it’s safer to watch your back when you are near Chronoa.
>>
>>6304141
There's more than one dragon that survived a reality erasure.
Dark Shenron's powerful, but can't do this alone.
This entity doesn't ACTIVELY recruit. But its mere existence can corrupt. You never asked Caulifla how long she's been having these dreams.
Absolutely. Something Mechikabura's well aware of, as are Aeos and Trunks. Wonder how HE'll react to seeing her again...?

>>
>>6304416
Because you're WRONG. This wasn't how things are supposed to go. She's seen every permutation of you, but this hadn't happened before. She had her perfect loop of everything working, then you show up and everything starts to change and goes wrong.

There is one other wish dragon that survived reality erasure that we know of, kind of a shame people forgot about him just because he decided to take a nap.
