This is probably too general of a question to ask on the AI threads in /g/ so I'll ask here.
I'm completely new to AI genning and I want to know what programs and addons I would need to get started on turning a video into an AI genned one.
I already know MMD so I can get the base video I want, I just need help on turning it into real life.
Also, how does this guy avoid smearing between frames like I see in so many other AI videos?
