>perfectly normal for people to sleep at work
>12 hour shifts
>sometimes I try to sleep just to make it go by faster
>manager makes a joke about how I "wake up, come here, then go back to sleep"
>laugh it off
>dunno if he's being serious

It's not like I'm avoiding work, if someone shows up and asks me to do something I'll start doing it immediately and I'll give no sass. It's like I go into standby mode. It's just so boring there how else do I spend the time?

imagine being able to legit go on standby mode as a human. Take power naps whenever you have free time at work. You'd end up saving more energy for more activities outside work. It's like minmaxxing waging.
