Looks delicious. You got the lacey crispies on the edges but yolk is still runny. It doesn't get much better than that. How are the mushrooms? Always see them in recipes online but never for sell irl anywhere.

The hate they have for chili peppers is especially weird. You expect asian food to be hot but you'd think you were in Minnesota. Vietnamese food doesn't have this problem. As long as you make sure it ain't some weird shit like bugs or pigeon assholes in the dish it's good when they use normal ingredients. The French helped them a lot when it comes to cooking.
