You penniless faggot. Jobs for retards exist, stop resisting moving. Restaurants are for rich people, I try to tell this to people but they don't listen... buy ramen and barbecue chips instead, cook ramen in hot water, drain, crush chip, add water if needed. Eat this for lunch.

You absolute twigs. You need mental help.
>>

You should generally aim for more than 653 calories a day, anon. That sounds unhealthy and not enough to maintain weight. I generally aim for 1.5k a day on instruction of my doctor.
>>
>>78002056
I will eat more later anon, it's still only 4pm
>>
i wish i could count calories
i have no scale at home and im not the one cooking
i should be at 600kcal maximum so far though
>>
>>78002057
I don't aim on being healthy, not gonna lie anon
>>
>>78001339
None of this is accurate unless you weighed everything before cooking.
>>
>>78002349
This is so real
Most of the stuff I eat is made by someone else(my roommate)
It's hard to count the kcals in homemade meals, but the containers always have the cals written on them
If you don't fancy garbage dunking- there's always info online about literally every food you can think of
>>

I checked the pizza's calories on the company's site
I put 1,5 tablespoon of ketchup so i just assumed the calories, if they're wrong by 10 or so- I'll live
I did weight the sphagetti
and the merci chocolates do have the calories on the box
>>
>>78001339
very cool to recognize you are still here, lost ck anon
>>

>the containers always have the cals written on them
this is true, but I have no way to know how much of x ingredient someone used, especially since most people don't actually use weight/volume when cooking
i really need a scale and to start cooking for myself
