Chad is not

Most certainly it's charisma and ability to being a pushy asshole.
The closest thing I know to a chad in real life is a dude that's small, bald, has diabetes, his breath smells and is a massive poorfag. He's never been single more than 2/3 months since he was a teenager.
What's his secret? Well, his secret is literarily being pushy and manipulative as fuck. Like he'll be in a long-term committed relationship and talk with other women at work/internet, until another one bites the bait and now he gets a different gf with no problem.
Or he'll twist the situations in such a way that things have to go their way. He'll never hang out when you want to hang out with him, he'll force you to do it whenever he's "available". He's not gonna set you up with girls he knows, he's gonna invite you to parties only where he's comfortable because there's 10 other friends of his on his side, never joining your parties or your suggestions. He'll make sure his girlfriend is okay with him being poor and not giving her what she wants, or else he'll just skip to another one that will accept it.
That's how it is. If you're the kind of guy who feels bad about talking only about yourself when hanging out with others, or you're ashamed of asking personal questions of strangers you've barely met, then you're not gonna make it and a manlet like my buddy will.
