All in, normal sex is about an hour (foreplay, act itself, post cuddling, clean up). It is GREAT for that one hour. Undeniably one of the best experiences. But it has diminishing returns the more often you have it. If you're having sex once a day it doesn't feel anywhere near as good if you did it once a week. But, again, it is one hour, maybe twice a week. Hobbies of any kind give you more enjoyment overall. If that one hour is 10/10, and my hobby is 5/10 etc. you get the picture.
