A few years ago I had a series of rather unfortunate events happened to me and ever since I've been planning on heroing
>Idk why but I keep finding reasons as to why I shouldn't
I started going to therapy about 7 mos ago and I feel like I've made some progress and my therapist also thinks so
>I want to tell her the story of how things got so bad
And also why I want to hero
Buy I'm worried that the worse will happen if I tell her
I would like to think that she wouldn't do that to me

Tell her those reasons. Preface your confession with some bullshit like "id never actually kill myself" "im scared of death" stuff like that and spin is as some fantasy, not actual plans and you should be fine

I find the opposite
spending an hour talking with women about feefees is alot more gay than talking with someone who actualy knows what it's like to be a mentaly mature man

but at the end of the day it's all about respect if you dont respect them then you cant get help from them
