Just tried making a DIY fleshlight out of a Pringles can, two sponges and a latex glove like it's shown online but when I tried to stick my dick in it, it seemed to be way too tight with no way too loosen it up and couldn't get my dick inside it at all, and if I did managed to get part of it in, it wouldn't go in any further past my cock head. Is that bad? It made my mood go down.

It's not bad at all OP. You need to use lube and loosen it up. Just like a small child.

Just buy an actual fleshlight? Why go through all this trouble?

could change out the internal sponges being used for slimmer ones (or cut some in half, for less thickness). But likely adding lubrication like >>78258194 suggests would help.

Have fun, treat life like a checklist of novelty every once and a while, idk.

time to think about it for the rest of your life

Pro tip: Blow the latex glove up like a balloon and stretch it out with your hand before putting it in between the sponges.

i wonder if it would be better to fill it with toy slime with the glove, and seal it tightly with sime ductape so it wont smoosh out.
