how many of you suffer from pectus excavatum? does it ever affect your breathing?
>>78258368Yes me. I had a one inch deep hole but I'm currently using the vaccum bell to correct it. I'm down to a centimeter I would say. I've been using it since one year. Progress gets slower the lower you get down. I can't really remember it affecting my breathing much but maybe it did a little.
>>78258368I have it but it is pretty minor and doesn't effect my health seriously. I haven't taken my shirt off ever since a girl made fun of it in high school.
>>78258368Also known as the "chussy" or "chest pussy"
>>78258368me.it makes it hard to do cardio but doesnt fuck with me much outside of that.im not really ashamed of it but i might be scared around a girl ive never been shirtless with a girl so i cant say
>>78258368Unfortunately have it. One of the many traits on my genetic trash list. Always affected my endurance. I have low body fat (/fit/), so it's painful to swallow food and work out sometimes. Even with all my gains, I'm too self-conscious to ever take off my shirt (never had sex)
>>78258587>>78258823>>78259802Are you guys retarded? Read the first response. Pectus excavatum is easily fixable with vaccum bell. No more breathing issues or fear of beeing made fun of. But you cucks rather lament.
>>78258368Yeah, I have slight pectus. Maybe it affects my breathing, but I can't really distinguish it from the effects of smoking for so long. I used to be active as a teen, so probably not.>>78259817Looks like it's only indicated for children
>>78259941>Looks like it's only indicated for childrenWhere does it say that? It's a lie I cut my pectus by 2/3 in one year using the vacuum bell and I'm in my 20's
