I used to think trannies were just guys who crossdressed and had their dicks cut off by surgeons based on how Jerry Springer depicted them and how the couple of tranny documentaries I saw only talked about the surgery and dressing in women's clothes parts. I didn't realize you could just take drugs and also to be fair didn't have access to easily get those drugs from the internet until already much older and afflicted with major health problems and work responsibilities that would make being a tranny now a nightmare. But if I knew about it when I was like 20 or even 25 and if I had a good online source back then to order generic drugs like estrogen I would have done it. Maybe wouldn't dress like a woman in public but I'd at least secretly have breasts.
