I'm tired of the evil and brokeness of this world, there is just so much horrible stuff out there, so many horrible people too. I want to be with God to escape from all of this but He probably doesn't exist, which then leaves us in the enigma of existence itself with pointless suffering added on top of it.

Suffering is a natural reaction to a planet full of parasites and predators that want to extract caloric energy from your tissues. Humans are a primate whose brains grew too big and they started indulging in abstractions that make them confused and afraid even when there are no predators around.

social media tricked you into involving your self with globalized matters. the western internet has ascribed a false sense of "global unity". it's all a coercive and oppressive impulse.

this supposed "empathy" that is being paraded around in this age is a toxic-empathy and will it turn you into a neurotic bugman.

cease and detach at one. you have the ability to foster your own bubble reality.

Social media (4chan too) and news typically bring out the worst of humanity to demoralize the masses into thinking that the world is as awful as these broadcasted events lead one to believe. This usually makes people Intensely bitter and prone to long, pointless, emotional arguments that don't conclude the way anyone wants them too. Truth is, the world we live in is much more complicated then simply being 'good' or 'bad'. Nobody likes hearing this, but it's a big ol' shade of gray.

Everything we consume (information) is always more complicated then we think it is. And that will never change, as long we keep trying to find out the "why?" For everything.

The best advice I can give, as much as people hate to hear it, is to detach. It's not easy, and there isn't a way to make it comfortable, but letting go of the constant stream of unnecessary knowledge will relax your brain more, and open yourself up to things that simply make you happy. Surround yourself with people that make you happy. Get out of your comfort zone, try out new hobbies, improve on already existing ones, meet knew people, see new things, read stories, watch and play things that bring you joy. Discover things that bring productivity.

Folks will tell you that it's pointless, or that tips like this never help, but you ultimately need to convince yourself that you will have a good day. Even if you're waking up in the worst mood imaginable, tell yourself that you will have a good day. Ignore all your excuses and workout to become the best version of yourself. Stop aiming for a vague, overly grand and lofty goal, and instead go for the small, .anageable, possible goals that will slowly deliver you more and more joy.
