Today is my 6th day of water fasting and for some reason it is harder than the first two days. First time doing it for such a long time I usually only water fast for 2 days maximum. I have only lost 4 kg in this time and I guess at least half of it is water weight. I would go walks but I am sick right now, I only went for one night walk for an hour and it was too much for me. But at least have reached my first milestone of my weightlose journey 25kg down in total so far. Looking back at my old pics from 4 years is really hard because I was actually attractive but I didn't realize it and always thought all this girls just tried to make fun of me. Never get fat anons it just sucks, sweets aren't even that good.
