If they're all over your body and especially in a clearly visible part you're just seeking attention, and the people who do tattoos are usually simply not of stable mind, not in a mentally ill way, just unhealthy people. Different kind of unhealthy as the bums here though but back on topic. They abuse, drink, smoke, etc. For women it's usually about a rejection of men, to taint their skins permanently so they don't feel pretty. They internally or, very much externally hate men but still do whore shit like this. If a girl has a tattoo of something like a small butterfly on her leg or whatever, she's probably fine though. Avoid people like OP's video unless they regret their shit tattoos.

They indicate a lack of control that I find unattractive. A girl can still be attractive with tattoos but she would be more attractive without them.
I don't hate them, I even have some myself, and to all the copers that say "people will judge you" they already did before I had them, so does it really matter?
