Elon is kind of right about there not being enough good people in tech. I've interviewed people for my company before and the majority have like no knowledge of how to actually program and think about software. Even people claiming to have multiple years of experience. So it makes sense we should expand our search to include people in other countries. Take the best from around the world so we can be ahead of everyone.
