im continuing to work on getting over my agoraphobia. im to a point now where i have a few 'safe' places where i can be at and not immediately feel panicked. it's taken a while to get to that there, and my goal for this year is to be able to do most basic tasks like grocery shopping and going to the pharmacy without it being a huge stressful ordeal that takes a ton of mental preparation. that feels rather untenable right now, but i think i can get there if i keep at it like i have been. what about you? how are you feeling about your own goals for the year? do you tend to dream big with your resolutions or keep things more grounded? im sorry for not replying in the last thread, i got sniped by flu meds and knocked way earlier than i expected to
