I switched to Linux back in 2015, once all my frens quit WoW I was homeless in gaming terms. Nowadays if it doesn't run on Linux (either Proton or natively) I just don't play it. but my GPU is mostly only for stable diffusion these days anyway

I spent 3 whole days trying to learn how to dualboot. Every tutorial I followed only lead me to errors. I didn't even give up, there was just nothing else for me to try. I really wish I could get that miku skin right now though.

It has been some years since i did that (im a macfag now) but it was something along the lines of
>install wndows on separate partition/ssd
>make sure you don't erase linux lol
>go into bios and boot from linux drive
>also set linux as the default boot device while at it
>reconfigure grub (so it detects your windows partition)
>profit

just try getting grub to work since the beggining, it should be easier with windows first then linux
i had no issues installing grub, but i have been using computers since 3 years old
