It's true, most violent felonies are committed by men. But the heinous stuff women do that drive men to those felonies can't be prosecuted. View it as women being profoundly good at honoring the letter of the law but not the spirit

Female violence is way up while male violence is decreasing.

Well, annoy is one end of the spectrum. Emotionally abuse is the other, and oh boy is there a correlation between emotional abuse and violence. The reasons why emotional abuse isn't a crime is because it's very hard to prove. The feminine has learned to excel in these structures and with that profiency comes also the potential to abuse them
