Everything* can be achieved with hard work.IT seems that i've been depressed my whole life. Spent my life hiding in the bush. And now I want to improve. I eat healhy(healthier) and all that crap but it's a bit too late. Why haven't i figured out everything earlier ? *well not everything but pretty much all the fundamentals.
p.s. I meant i'm pushing 40s so it's kinda too late.I just want an answer.

Like you're not gonna start a pro sports career or find some teenage virgin to marry. But you can improve your psychical and mental health, educate yourself, start a career, fix your mentality, etcMoreso than hard work, you can't give up because no matter what you're going to experience low points because that's just fucking life.
