>>80068668far too long. Faust (the guy who owned the murdochmurdoch.net domain hasn't heard from them at all either. Sometimes MM shows up on pol though
>>80068534i spent around 2 months going to the gym 4 days a week and it didn't change how i feel at all
>>80068534Fuck yeah man, keep it up. Eat a protein heavy diet with a variety of whole foods, 7-8 hours of sleep, and plenty of water and you will be amazed how much better you will continue to feel.
>>80068534I'll check that out right now. Going out.
>>80068534It never made me feel any better
>>80068701just because you go somewhere else to sit around all day on 4chan doesn't make you better. actually doing the things that make you feel better like working out will help
its not even been a month youll give it u p and neglect itroutine exercise requires a personality that supports it, you wont go OH YEAH THIS WORKS ILL DO THIS FOREVER! youll be back to lazy faggot mode soon enough, like every other new years resolution faggots who buy year long gym memberships then stop showinig up after a month
>>80068701notice how the dishonest bad faith insect bacteria mental retard that replied to you pretended you didn't just entirely discredit them with the natural implications of your statement and had to invent a roleplaying scenario of you in their head and what you might have done in a fantasy setting where they pederastically masturbate in order to hold onto their worldview.
>>80068534I'm happy for you, OP. I see many people say that they did indeed feel better after working out or doing some other physical activity. It's been a year for me since I started and all I got was sore muscles and an injury on my lower back
>>80068534Correct.>A lot of people end up giving up cause they become obsessed with a goal and they don't reach it immediately.>they never tell you a routine that you can stick to is more important than P90X gains and the people who are obsessed with gains enjoy that life and optimize everything from nutrition to recovery.I'm a fairly strong guy. I work out durring Tekken matches and at the peak I was doing 250 incline pushups, 100 50lb bicep curls/overhead mil presses/tricepsIt's habbit for me now. I'm stronger and happier, and if I miss a day I don't cry and give up, I usually just do it the next day.It won't fix all your problems, but it will make you happier over all if you eat better and accomplish tasks
>>80068534good on ya lad, keep it up
>>80068534It works if you aren't a framecel. If you're a framecel then it's just humiliation. I'm 5'8" with 6.2" wrists and can't even 5x5 squat 90 pounds. It's pure concentrated humiliation.Stop telling people to "just lift", it doesn't work if you're genetically unlucky.
>>80068534Happy for you bro. Here's to hoping the high doesn't wear off in a year or less.
