i thought it was a meme.
genuinely feel much better, its only been since around christmas but i can notice it already, feel lighter and stronger. could barely hang off a bar 4 weeks ago and can now do 2 (almost 3) pull ups, goals double figures.
i havent been this stable mentally in years.

I'm happy for you, OP. I see many people say that they did indeed feel better after working out or doing some other physical activity. It's been a year for me since I started and all I got was sore muscles and an injury on my lower back

I'm a fairly strong guy. I work out durring Tekken matches and at the peak I was doing 250 incline pushups, 100 50lb bicep curls/overhead mil presses/triceps

It's habbit for me now. I'm stronger and happier, and if I miss a day I don't cry and give up, I usually just do it the next day.

It won't fix all your problems, but it will make you happier over all if you eat better and accomplish tasks

It works if you aren't a framecel. If you're a framecel then it's just humiliation. I'm 5'8" with 6.2" wrists and can't even 5x5 squat 90 pounds. It's pure concentrated humiliation.
