>Conclusion: We concluded that N-acetylcysteine is safe and tolerable, reduces hyperactivity and irritability and enhances social awareness in children with autism spectrum disorder.Damn. I started taking this and had all these benefits. Guess I'm probably literally autistic.
>people really eat this toxic shit disguised as a nutrient instead of foodModern life is misery
I take it for my undiagnosed ADHD because my mom doesn't believe it exists
>>80071441how much did it help you? I've noticed huge benefits from it and my sister was diagnosed with adhd last year. I can actually sit down and focus on one thing which is completely revolutionary for me. If nac stops working I'm defs gonna get evaluated for adhd because this has made me realise how bad I was before
>>80071591I just started it today. 1800mg
Just be careful, for some reason NAC burns my intestines so badly. I had to take a gut healing stack to recover (PPIs, glutamine, etc.) I think NAC can cause ulcers in high doses.
