18-21?
21-24?

My last time I've had "fun" in life was when I was 14.

Fun is subjective and what you described is only considered fun to turbo-normoids. With that being said, that lifestyle you speak of pretty much starts around 18 and burns out by somewhere around 27-30. Normoids by that point abandon their "fun lifestyle" but following the societal norm of settling down and starting a family they don't really want or focusing on work/career. By 30-35 they are too depressed and busy to have time for "fun" and would look foolish participating in those "fun" activities to other normals

First half of 20s for developing intellect, partying, dilletantery
Second half of 20s for 'adulting', career wins, milestones

Sounds about right.
I'm 37 now and I don't even care about "fun" anymore outside my autistic hobbies, I but teens-mid 20s I was very depressed and lonely and wanted to socialize.
