Does anyone else feel alienated by multiculturalism and capitalism without being a full blown fascist/commie? It feels like the state and public opinion are more inescapable than ever now while simultaneously we've become much more dependent on larger systems like global supply chains and the internet, meanwhile personal isolation is easier than ever and we're less interdependent with people close to us spatially... and given the choice to voluntarily abandon them, a lot of bonds that used to be common just fell apart. Idk. Maybe I'm just mentally ill and talking gibberish
