"Chad only" memes aside, I'm asian, slender and pale and even I get compliments on my looks from time to time ( its mostly teenage girls for some reason) l never get called "fine" or "hot", but pretty and cute, even "beautiful".

A lot of women my age got the idea that guys who don't make effort to look super conventionally masculine and who have softer, more sensitive personalities, are generally predators who don't respect women and are just "the way we are" as a way to manipulate women. I get a lot of compliments on my outfits even if I am wearing something basic.
