I am almost 30 years old here are my health issues:

-some undiagnosed heart issue, feels like my heart is going to explode most mornings
- neck pain caused by sitting too much
- weakness by not moving for decades
- some type of stomach problem, maybe worms

What about you

>here are my health issues
go to the doctor

>go to the doctor
no thanks I'd rather complain here anonymously and die in a corner somewhere

A fitting end for a warrior such as you
>>
>>80078867
you probably have some (retarded) reason as to why you haven't gotten yourself checked out but whatever.

go to the doctor. NOW.

wtf
how do you even know you have this? what does it cause
>>
>>80078867
Worms? Take some medicine and that'll go away.

I am not as old as you are, but I have some health problems usually associated with being old. Like back problems and leg/knee problems.

if memory serves me correct.

>mother notices some weird shit about my physical appearance and notifies doctors
>they think she's crazy but she presses on
>doctors did some checking and caught this early on

>what does it cause
in my case it caused lots of shit to go wrong up there and bought a lot of issues with it. i've done research into this myself but don't feel like getting into more specifics.

i make fun of retards, autists, and schizos all the time. but i'm really all of them in one. i take pills to combat the multiple issues and overall this defect of mine. sorry for the rambling.
>>
1) myopia and astigmatism
2) deviated septum
3) (mostly recovered) neuropathies on elbows and wrists
4) addiction. i basically can't function without drugs and have no motivation at all. it feels like i have a dementia but whenever drugs come into play this immediately goes 180.
5) some developmental disorder, probably adhd

30 is the ultimate cutoff age. If you haven't accomplished anything by this age, or heck even 25 (or even just early 20s), it's basically over. The moment I turned 30, EVERYTHING went to shit for me. I grew fat and bald, my teeth fell out and I need dentures now, I have back problems and just overall health problems in general, I have to take medication for everything now, and I have to make up for wasting my 20s by working a miserable job every day with no successful career in sight. I can't even go out to socialize and talk to women because I never learned to socialize during my childhood, I may as well be barred from the dating scene entirely at this point (especially since I'm autistic). 30 is basically the new 80.

i bet you're fat

I am not fat
just unhealthy from not exercising

cope honestly
you can do anything at any point in life

>diabetes (not diagnosed)
>prostate issue of some sort (not diagnosed)
>toenail fungus (not diagnosed but obviously fungus)
>heart does something weird
>bad teeth
Hard to explain the heart thing. I've actually gone to a cardiologist for it and they ran some tests but basically just turned me away, so now I just wait for whatever it is thats going to kill me to just fucking do it already.
>>
>>80078867
>under 30
>some undiagnosed heart condition
I guarantee you that you don't have a heart condition.
It's either anxiety and/or your GI tract.
>>
>>80080614
They turn away all you schizos in this thread because your hearts are fine. You're just hypochondriacs. You're all too young to have real non-congenital heart problems.
>>
I'm 32, I have dandy walker spectrum disorder, depression, relatively low white blood cell count, other than that I'm pretty healthy
>>
>>80078867
I'm 27 and have no physical health issues but a multitude of diagnosed mental illness
>>
>>80080805
*undiagnosed
One probably being retardation
>>
>>80079589
My teeth fell out around my 30s too but I got zirconia implants instead of dentures.
Dentures are nice since they don't cost much. The implants cost me $54,000.
>>80078867
Crohn's disease, I have an ostomy bag, and I have abscesses in my abdomen and ass cheeks that drain a ton of mucus and pus all the time so while I work from home I keep changing underwear every time I get up (I either wear underwear alone or stay entirely nude since I live alone aside from my cat). If I get the surgery to make my ostomy permanent then that will probably stop the abscesses though and then I can hide the ostomy under a belt and mostly live like a normal person again. Have an appointment with my surgeon in a month so hopefully that'll happen soon.

>>80078867
>heart is going to explode most mornings
anon you have fucking sleep apnea. you choke and your heart goes into panic because of the lack of oxygen. make sure not to sleep like an idiot and most of it will go away
>>
>>80078867
Everyone has more health issues than they think. They don't know enough about the subject to be able to see it all. That includes doctors, who actually know very little about health and how to improve it
>>
>>80081204
You could say the opposite too. People have been getting so aggressively checked every year (especially rich people with lots of free time) that a lot of stuff gets overdiagnosed, too early, to the point where people get things treated that wouldn't have ever turned into real problems.
Cancers are a good example of that. A lot of early detected beginnings of cancer would've just resolved on its own and instead people are getting organs removed preemptively to treat or prevent cancer.
>>
>>80078867
I have overbite and gaps so yeah I kinda look like a retard.
>>
>>80078867
Most of my symptomatic health issues are difficult or impossible to change without surgery, like how my bones are fucked up from being poisoned and deprived of nutrients since before I was born. Being sexually tortured as a baby for profit and control also left me with a disfigured and dysfunctional penis, which would take more than a year of tedious daily work to ameliorate via skin stretching. Other than that, my vision and cognition could be better; and they are getting better because of how I've been living recently. I had a lot more health problems than this up until 2022.
>constant pain in almost every part of my body
>bad/worsening vision, hearing, cognition
>many teeth broken, heavily decayed, poisoned with mercury fillings, and always getting worse
>frequent severe pain and tightness in the chest and belly, as well as heart arrhythmia
>neuropathy in my back and legs, sometimes causing severe itchiness and pain lasting up to 10 minutes
>lymph nodes in my neck got so swollen they would occasionally make me deaf in 1 ear
>pale as a ghost, and as a kid I had strange discolorations in my face like green
>had yellow shit for a long time, and it was often hard as a rock or pure liquid
>severely edemic in the feet, legs, and torso
>always breathing heavy
>no physical or mental energy
>high sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures
>frequent acute diseases like colds, flus, pneumonia, etc
>depressed, anxious, suicidal, struggled to pay attention to anything, and as a kid I was a selective mute
That's all I remember, but I don't remember everything. All of that is gone or has been mitigated over the last 3 years and now I feel better than I ever have before. It's all thanks to what I've done to maximize nutrition and minimize toxin exposure

mid 30s here. i get a debilitating injury of some sort every year it seems. i have like 6 good months each year now, and the rest where I can't really do anything because i woke up with a completely fucking random infection in my leg that makes me walk on crutches for half a year, or maybe I slept on my shoulder funny and it's in chronic pain for 3 months, or I somehow fucked a nerve in my left arm and now my thumb joint hurts like hell whenever I try to grip anything with it, that's been going on for the last month and who knows how long it'll last before it heals. i can also hear/feel my pulse through my right ear when it's quiet at night. that can't be a good sign.

funny part is I was literally a navy SEAL in my youth, in peak physical condition, but I just started falling apart basically the instant I hit 30.
