I've worked as a doorman, telemarketer, oil change tech, bus driver, retail manager and I had a female boss or supervisor at most of those jobs. I'm 24 and get along best with the older women in their 50s. They're usually more lenient than millenial foids

The guy who replaced her got in due to favoritism by corporate interlopers moving him from another location and he promptly laid-off all staff who were hired under her and the company struggled and got bought-out by a competitor who righted some wrongs but kept the same boss, so many of the same problems that having an incompetent boss remain. People aren't generally good at managing business affairs, which leads to issues like this being a commonality. I'm a manager in the company that hired me after I was laid-off now, so I know first-hand how stressful everything can be and why it's important to not fire people without a suitable replacement already in-hand, as it takes a long time to acclimate to any role of superiority.
