Maybe see if you can hear other surrounding sounds over the noise of the shower; or you can close your eyes listening to the sound of the water and visualize a waterfall or a river and think about those sounds. Maybe you can even imagine a chorus of frogs along your imaginary river bank, or the sound of birds taking wing from a tree. I certainly hope you can find it in you to shower.
