Spending money doesn't solve the problem making a routine does.
If paying someone 3 times a week for 2 hours is what you need to do that routine great. If you can do it through scheduling and save the money even better.

I literally have top 1% strength numbers and I am still a failed longtime student khhv with no job who struggles with alcoholism.
