Trying to fix my sleep quality:
>go to sleep early
>avoid screens 1 hr before bed
>take melatonin
>do light stretching and breathing exercises
>read a book for relaxation
>dont drink water 6 hours before sleep
Results:
>take 40 minutes to fall asleep
>wake up in the middle of the night twice, staying up for like an hour each time
>wake up to piss as well

Is it all fake? I always sleep like shit but not THIS poorly.

Nearly everyone is wrong about how disease works and how it should be treated. Everything you listed is either pointless or harmful. All of your problems, including your sleeping problems, were caused by toxin exposure and nutrient deficiencies. If you addressed those you would be in a much better spot, but fully fixing your sleeping problems could take more than a decade since you've been so severely sabotaged

I definitely think you can care too much about your health to the point where it creates an inverse effect. Micromanaging all aspects of your life and being super OCD about it will just make you neurotic and consume tons of energy and time.
