>Work forced me into being on-call 24/7>Can't quit because finding a new job is too much of a nightmare
If I'm working for 15 an hour just to be broke anyway why not just do uber. But then you do uber and it's also bullshit because you're always worrying about contract violations and customers rating you down just because or car accidents or car breakdowns or just running your car into the ground by mileage. There's no escape.
>>80085285same exact situation, god i hate this shit you are forced into this.
>On-call 24/7 What the fuck? How are you even supposed to sleep when they can call you in at any second of the day. I don't know if that's legal but I really don't know shit about labor laws.
>>80085285>Work forced me into being on-call 24/7This is only legal in lawless shitholes such as african countries, india and the united states of cringe
>>80085285Just say no you faggot If they fire you they fire you, oh well
>>80086719>>80087417It's something OP signed up for and knew when he got the job. There's no forcing here, OP is a pussy.
>>80087417It's legal in the US. They just have to only allow you to be "on call" for X number of days of the week. Meaning you could be on call for four out of seven days of the week. Sometimes you get zero calls. Other times it's every fucking night
