I had a kidney stone at 24, according to self reports by women who have also given birth, the kidney stone was more painful. Therefore it stands to reason that i have experienced pain worse than childbirth. I have since altered my diet according to the most probable cause of the stone, since i was lucky enough to pass it at the doctors office that i drove to between waves of pain as the stone moved. Any time a woman tries to use the pain of childbirth as a cudgel to silence opposition not related at all to childbirth, i will tell them i have experienced worse pain

>>80085568I know what caused me to have it, it was a calcium oxalate stone. Had a very low calcium diet, low vitamin d and k intake and rather high oxalate intake on top of not drinking enough water. Now i get more calcium, vitamins d and k and drink much more water, still get lots of oxalate though but i eat lemons more regularly and citric acid helps bind to calcium oxalate to prevent it from forming with other free calcium oxalate

Diet doesn't mean much it's genetics that determine if you get stones. You will get another and I hope it's even bigger

Plus its been 5 years and another hasnt formed and i feel generally healthier, on top of my urine typically being a lighter or even clear color where before it was typically rather dark and less frequent
